The service at this and other local branches has been so badly degraded that they no longer have a direct dial phone number that a human being answers and the automated system is virtually useless. As a result you have to drive to the branch to get a question answered.The branches no longer carry either Canadian or Mexican currency and you have to wait 4 business days for them to get it.Truly terrible customer service

Like most banks anymore, this one limps along with one painfully slow teller. Manager has little to no people skills. Don’t expect to be in and out quick.

I highly recommend this branch. The branch managers Tina and Tila (I apologize if I mis spelled and/or misunderstood your name(s)). They went above and beyond to assist me with something that over 30+ WellsFargo employees could not help with. I was kept in the loop, informed of the process, they patiently explained everything to me, Tina was on calls for me for days just helping to find a resolution to an issue where a large portions of my funds were not in my account. I was treated with such kindness, care, attention, understanding, patience, and genuineness. Thank you for being awesome!

Nice people who go out of their way to be friendly and help you. Good coffee and cookies too. Not open weekends... just 9-5 M-TH & 9-6 Fri.
