“I visited this Lowe's for the first time. I received a notice that Lowe's was currently offering FREE Valspar Paint Samples to their rewards members until 8/20 and I took this as an opportunity to try Lowe's out.

I've been used to shopping at Home Depot, but not as much at Lowe's.

After I picked out my color, Berry Brown 1010-7, I let the clerk know what I came in looking for.

I looked down at her name tag and saw that it said Michelle. Ooo Michelle really is a gem!

She had a spunky personality, so friendly and smiling and also hard-working and attentive to her customers. There was a guy before me and then 2 other parties came after me. During my 5-minute wait for my paint, she kept making sure to finish as fast as she could. She even hand mixed my paint. She explained to me what I was getting, what would work best for my project and she even told me where I can find some cool new nail polish art!
Color Street!

My check out process was easy and I ended up getting a color I really like!!! It looks much pinker than the sample card, but I'm not complaining, I actually like it!!

Thank you, Michelle and Lowe's. I can definitely see myself visiting again for more home improvement projects.”

“In our neighborhood, we call this place "Rock Costco." Always great products at the best price you will find anywhere. Great service and record keeping so you can make sure you're buying what you already installed. And sometimes you kinda just want to get a cup of coffee and go browse for cool rocks. We love this place and have for years. So do all our neighbors. It's a staple.”

“Just wanted everybody to know that I received outstanding service from Dominic today. It’s rare in today’s world that you get somebody that goes above and beyond, and I think that should be acknowledged”

“We have a 28 year old house build by a major residential home builder in Texas . The side is limestone and the back is Hardie Plank . The trim around the window and chimney is pine and it is not the best material for the Texas sun and moisture causes rot . Regular painting may help but it it tends to rot from the end getting moisture. I am replacing the trim where necessary with James Hardie trim. The chimney is clad with Hardie Plank but the trim was pine and needed replacing . It was a dangerous DIY project ! ( photo below )

I also added Hardie plank to enclose under the deck.

For insurance reasons , the Hardie Plank is classified same as brick.

I am not a professional but have seen Hardie Plank cladding in Colorado and it looks spectacular and isn't degraded over time by snow/ ice or rain . I will be very interested to see how the cheaper alternative cladding handles those environments.”

“I've had an extraordinarily positive experience with the three House of Rohl Graceline kitchen faucets I bought last year. The fabrication quality is excellent, and the design is beautiful -- even my contractor was favorably impressed. When one of them developed an odd finish color at its bottom flange, I contacted the company's Customer Service about the issue, and asked if it were possible to replace that part. After checking with his supervisor, the extremely helpful, knowledgeable agent explained that the discolored part likely had not been adequately polished at the factory to match the faucet's other components, but cannot be separated from the faucet body. To my surprise, after requesting proof of purchase, the agent promptly replaced the faucet under warranty, at no charge. I value end-customer loyalty tremendously, which sadly has now become the exception, and although costly, the products' quality is outstanding. I highly recommend my beautiful and functional House of Rohl kitchen faucets.”
