If you are in a hurry, pay cash. Their pumps are so old that when you put a card in, it takes FOREVER to get through the process. On a recent stop there, the gas was pumping so slowly we had to give up and find another gas station. Staff is friendly but they need some serious upgrades on the pumps.

The window Squeegee to clean window literally smelt like rotten eggs. I’ve never had come across that in all my life at a gas station

The manager is stealing from the station and has a cashier double charging the customers to make the numbers look good. I was double charged three times by her and when confronted the manager and the cashier, they basically laughed at me and said do what you want, with a grin.....

I love this Shell gas station they have a modern set up and they’re easily accessible from Antonio Parkway and Oso Parkway. Plenty of room to maneuver, any size vehicle or SUV with plenty of pumps and space even when they’re busy. The mini mart has a variety of delicious food and drink options at a reasonable price.

Worse customer service ever , and when asked for a customer number or manager BRENDA just laughed on my face what kind of service is that , seems that someone needs to be train on how to treat customers.
