Maria is so kind and thoughtful about her staff members. This is one of the few circle k that doesn’t have fountain drinks, yet she is always making sure everyone is hydrated or had their coffee/tea. She makes this small area feel cozy like home. I am so happy she gets two run two small circle k, hopefully they let her run a big one. Customer are always happy to walk in and greet everyone. Her assistant manager at this location is also amazing. I know the new location will soon be receiving amazing customers like this one. Thank you Maria

OPEN YOUR EYES!!! I purchased gas from pump 6 and nothing got into my car. The Manager responded with a mood to fight with me and was so rude, which makes me believe something is fishy... She stated that "the first gallon doesn't go into the tank/car" which means, you lose about 5 dollars for every sale excluding tax. Name of the mannerless and retarded manager is Maria.

The selection at the store isn’t very large, but five stars to Ashley! She’s always very nice and helpful when I stop in.

For a gas station that is supposed to be open 24 hours a day it's sure closed a lot. Why is this location closed every time I come here it's closed for some reason. I think maybe they should post correct hours they are actually open just a thought.

If you own this location please sell it to someone who gives a crap. The neighborhood is sick of this pieceof garbage. There is never anyone working inside. Morning, afternoon, night we can't get inside to buy and pay for things. Yesterday the damn pumps wouldn't pump gas and the whole lot of people are yelling and pissed trying to get to work. The credit card reader is always down, and your vape carts are always discolored from being improperly stored. This station needs to be moved to east LA where it belongs. Rancho is tired of putting up with this pile of horse dung.

"Open 24 hours"...I have to get to work very early in the morning, and this store is the most convenient before getting on the freeway...that being said, I normally avoid calling it out because in a sense I get it....but what is your early morning employee doing, are they sleeping in their vehicle? This is the 4th time I stopped by in a 2 week period between 3:30-4:30 a.m. and either a "on a 10 min break" sign is posted up for who knows how long, and/or the door is constantly locked. If it doesn't get addressed, it'll never get fixed. Sorry for whoever can't deal with an overnight shift (if sleeping is the case), but it's pretty irresponsible. There use to be a young lady there, or another lady with dyed hair that was always there...again, hate to be "that guy", but now it's getting ridiculous.

the pay at the pump function was disabled on the morning of April 28, so i went inside to pay and I nicely asked the cashier to confirm the pump number before paying. He refused. I asked him nicely, and told him my car was clearly visible from the window, he could just quickly glance out and confirm. He again refused and I muttered this is "******* ridiculous" because the attitude he was giving me was that of a Mariah Carey diva on a power trip. He then began chastising me for swearing and said "I'm not your servant" to which I responded I didn't ask him to be my servant, I just asked him a simple question. I then ran out to check my number and came back and he refused to serve me, and said he would call the cops. his behavior was a vast overreaction and embarrassing. I respect and am, with this exception of frustration, kind to service workers and have never in my life dealt with someone miserable. this incident also reminded me why i shouldn't have used this station anyway as on a previous trip my credit card info was stolen at a pump here.

This is not a Circle k. It’s a gas station/Smog auto repair place with a tiny convenience store with very little selection. No beer. No soda fountain. No coffee. No hotdogs.

Hello, I am a regular customer that lives very close by and I spend anywhere from $200-300 a month at this location, $50-100 of which is in store purchases.First, I want to say that most of the employees at this location are great, especially Victoria who is always very kind and genuine. However, one of the workers (name most likely Mario: bigger guy, average height, short black hair) needs to either go through extensive customer service training or find a non-customer facing role elsewhere. This morning he was taking out the trash/refilling water outside the store. When an older lady asked if he could take a few minutes to check her out, he very rudely turned around, threw up his arms, and raised his voice at the women, saying “DIDNT you hear me?! I’m on a 24 HOUR shift and need to finish this”. His tone and attitude toward this poor woman was unjustified and very unprofessional. When I told him so, saying that he needs to be more respectful, he was unapologetic and hostile. If anyone sees this guy working I highly advise you do not shop here. I will only continue to shop here if he is not present.

I will not normally write a bad review. However, I was in the convenience store last night when two girls walked in only covering their face with their sweat jackets. The two girls weaved their way through the crowd that was waiting in line patiently, absolutely not following the social distance guidelines. The gentleman behind the counter then told them that they did not have to cover their faces. He then invited them to come stand closer to me as I was at the counter. The Man Behind the Counter seemed more interested in the high school girls than protecting paying customers buying more than a soda. It's a shame as I did like that gas station but I will not be going back.

The girl with the red hair was great she went out of her way to see if she had my brand in the back ... not to mention her smile

I am so mad! My mother in law who is in her 80s, went here today and while waiting in line politely asked another customer in line to put his mask on(it was around his neck). The guy proceeded to yell at her calling her names and telling her to mind her own business. The cashier did absolutely nothing! At the very least tell the customer to knock it off and not yell at her. Thank goodness my mother in law is not a timid old lady, she told the j*** exactly what she thought of him. I really am disappointed in the cashier allowing this behavior. She frequents this store as it is near her home, she hardly gets out due to covid and has to deal w that bs?! Ridiculous

I have been using this store to load a prepaid debit card to purchase items online securely. Lately Ive been going at night and when I did the night employee kept telling me the system was down so I couldnt load the card. After day 5 he tells me he wasnt trained to make those transactions. He was trained to lie about it so give him a raise and make him manager. Jag off.
