I want to give a big thank you to the technician Darren, for giving my 2007 BMW 328 such quick, knowledgeable and professional care. Although it was a small job, replacing an interior passenger side door handle, I still appreciated Darren's skill and knowledge. Another nod to the office assistant Stephanie, great smile and friendly!

I just picked up my 2007 Honda CRV purchased in 2006 when my oldest was 6-9 months old and turns 18 in one month. I was impressed with the work on the hood of the car that was smashed in due to the fender bender I was in 2 weeks ago. This car may be old and have 200+k miles on it but there's nearly 2 decades of history as it has kept us safe and protected from infancy to adulthood! The only accident in this car and she looks almost brand new. Daniel took care of me at every step - from the moment I called to make an appointment, to dropping the car off, and picking it up. The cherry on top: readjusted the right side of the bumper that I damaged against a pole in backing out of a parking space and scrapes on the side of the passenger door in backing out of the garage. Unsolicited and at no cost!! Though they are cosmetic adjustments, I truly appreciate the effort and time he took in taking care of it and giving me solid advice as to repair or not. It is that integrity and honesty that I value in a business and its employees that will keep me coming back. Though given the nature of the collision business, insurance and points on one's driving record, I hope to never return again. Or at least not soon ;-)

This shop is the best shop I've ever been to. Kip and his crew did a great job. They kept me well informed about what was going on with my vehicle. They went above and beyond and provided great service.

Kip and the team were awesome! The hospitality of this place is second-to-none and they've gained a life long customer with the quality and value they provide as well as the way they treat their customers. This was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend coming here if you ever need your vehicle fixed.

Their lifetime warranty means nothing. Take a look at their work. Absolutely unprofessional. This is my "fixed car." They charged the insurance over $7K to do this.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Lack of communication, unprofessional, gender biased, incompetent, negligent, sloppy, careless, slow, rude, not customer oriented, and simply not capable of getting the job done. I cannot even begin to describe my frustration and disappointment with this place and Todd specifically (the owner). I have no idea how they are still in business. I do not understand the positive ratings either. I just filed an official complaint with BAR and requested an inspection to ensure the "repairs" were done correctly. It definitely doesn't look that way. I was rear ended on November 15th. Todd looked at my car at the Mission Viejo location, kept me waiting for almost a month, and then asked me to drop the car at his other location in RSM - Community Collision Center of SM. The insurance of the person who hit me covered all. 5 months later, on April 15th, I finally picked up my car (with an empty gas tank!). No, don't think that it was fixed. It was better than it was wrecked but far away from fixed. I don't believe they are capable of doing a better job. They tried so many times. I spent 4 months in a rental, went multiple times to pick up my car after Todd calling to say it was "done" - just to leave it back in the shop because it was both missing parts and was not repaired correctly. Time after time. Women BEWARE - Todd is biased against women. He was rude and dismissive when I told him my car was not aligned and told me this is how it was supposed to be done - until I called my husband and he showed up there. Todd's demeanor changed, he apologized to my husband, and told him he would fix it. Well, he tried. So many times. That's the best he could do. See the photos. After 5 months and multiple attempts to get it done, this is what I received. I will let his work speak for itself. You decide whether you want to take your car there. The explanation we got when we picked up my car was, "This is a Pontiac Solstice! They didn't align them even when they were new." Excuse me, Mister I Have No Idea How To Fix Cars, but my Pontiac Solstice was beautifully aligned before I was hit (photo of the car before the accident included). Take a closer look at my "fixed" car. He charged the insurance around $7K in repairs and cost them well over $2K in a rental. This is not a professional repair. This looks like someone who has no idea what they are doing trying to put a broken bumper together. I give up. It is time to find a professional and pay them to fix my baby. Shame on you, Todd. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time with this place. Update 1: Just took my car to another shop to inspect my brakes, and it looks like Todd did NOT do the alignment on my car (or didn't do it well), even though Todd asked me for permission to move my car from one shop to another to do the alignment. He couldn't even get an alignment right. I paid $100 for one on April 16th, 2022. Pathetic. Update 2: I was just charged $226.29 by the rental car company for the rental that Todd was supposed to pay for. The nightmare never ends.

Someone backed into my car in a parking lot then took off while I was in the store. The damage caused the hatchback to no longer open. A call to my insurance company led to this place being suggested for repairs. I brought the car in and found the initial customer service to be friendly and helpful. I was told I'd hear from them later that day with an estimate. Two days went by with no call and so I phoned them. They hadn't even looked at it. With my call the process actually began and they reached out later that day to give me the estimate and time frame for repair (one week). A week later I was called and told the car would be ready to pick up at noon the next day. Like an idiot, I trusted them so dropped off my rental car and walked down the street to the shop only to learn it actually wouldn't be ready until the end of the day (which, in reality, turned out to be the following day). Returning to get the rental car back was a HUGE hassle for the rental folks as the account had been closed and it also proved to be an enormous headache for the insurance company as well (all of which stressed me out) so I really was not pleased about this ordeal. In the end the work was well done - I was pleased - but I had to knock off a star for the poor communication and resulting kerfuffle.

Yossimar!! Amazing team and amazing service. Hopefully I won't need to go back anytime soon but if I do...this is the only place I'll ever need! And the only place I'll ever recommend! The whole process was incredibly easy. They gave me several options, answered my questions, super transparent, and when it was time for the work, they were quick but still high quality - even went above and beyond! Reliable, trustworthy, transparent, did what they said they were going to do, and friendly - so glad I found this team! Great referral, and I'll be referring them loud and proud! Thank you Yossimar, Mark, and any other team members behind the scenes!

One of the best if not the best shops i dealt with. Not into robbing the customer and very friendly all around. They installed a bottom engine ever that had fell off while i was driving. Thank you Yossimar and Todd for making this a wonderful experience.
