This is a fabulous Curves and a wonderful workout! Shelley and Sharon are THE BEST coaches and friends who really care. The facility is spotlessly clean. The music while working out is great, the members are friendly and fun. Best of all, I'm stronger, healthier, and happier since coming back to Curves after about 5 years away when my local Curves closed. And now that I'm retired, but actually just on to my next chapter in life, this club provides me with much needed social connection. Join today if you can!

I've been going to Curves for a few years now and I love it. Shelly and Sharon at the Rancho Santa Margarita location are always so supportive and helpful. It's so nice to be able to get a full body workout in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Curves to anyone interested in a fast yet effective work out. Also the location is always very clean and decorated nicely for each holiday

Curves is a great way to strengthen your body, your with a bunch of friendly women, and we are all after the same end results, stronger bodies. The equipment is all preset so there is no having to set the weight or resistance each time At the beginning of each month the Coach will weigh you and take your measurements if you like to follow your statistics. All in all it’s an incredible place to workout with awesome coaches!

My review is on the hours only. I live in Lake Forest and and all the Curves around me have closed. I want to do lunch workouts but they are closed during lunch hours. I just thought that was strange as a 30 minute workout during a one hour lunch period is idea. In any case, I'll have to move and and find a different gym, though I preferred a "womans only" gym, there doesn't seem to be any around anymore. :(

I'm so glad a found a Curves near my house. It's quick and easy. 30 minutes in and out. No waiting for a machine, no "beautiful people" trying to impress, just a group of women of all ages working out to the best of their abilities trying to get in better shape. Curves is circuit training. You pick an open spot to start and move around a circuit alternating between floor exercises and machines (which are all preset) 30 seconds per activity and a timer lets you know when to rotate. No pressure. As I said, 30 minutes in and out. Finally, if you are out of the area, you can work out at another location. I work out in Irvine one day per week. I'm doing this for me!
