Car insurance approved a rental while mine was in the shop. Dusty called immediately to arrange a good time for us to pick it up. Dusty is just the nicest, most upbeat guy - so helpful and so attentive. We have used this Enterprise for years and have never been disappointed.

Rented my car for the first time through Enterprise app. It was super easy super fast I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and the customer service and everything was perfect literally perfect. I'm definitely gonna keep using Enterprise and I live right across the street, so this is nice being able to rent a car while I'm looking for another car to buy.

Apparently this is $900 in damages. I originally erased my review because I thought this mishap was over. I now fully believe I was taken advantage of as a first time renter. The district manager contacted me upon first complaint and said it's my fault for not checking the vehicle fully and trusting the manager at this store. He only took me around the driver door, opened it and started the car for me( tough, can't do it myself right?) which instilled my doubt. Upon paying $400 returning the vehicle because of the dent and losing my $100 deposit due to the dent im being charged an additional $400 to fix this baby dent on a mediocre car. My advice is don't go to enterprise rent a car. Take photos of everything. Don't listen to anything people tell you. As a first time renter this has jaded me. Shawn is the manager there, he wears jeans and a suit coat and tries to sound professional, and makes you wait 30 minutes before other people even though you had a reservation before them. Don't trust that kid.

The manager himself walked me halfway around the car, and said “yeah looks good” I’m in PTSD mode from crashing my vehicle so I don’t think to check the rest of the vehicle for damage. I get back a week later, $45 in gas. This snake in the grass charges me $400 for a passenger side dent I never knew was there. Life lesson, business is business, when people are at work there’s no good side to them. People just try to get one over on you any way they can so they can come up. Don’t go with a small car rental place like this and make sure you’re paranoid and take pictures of everything. The little car check in guy is a punk too, dude has a dark future. Don’t trust anyone but yourself and believe in yourself even at your worst, society is devolving before your eyes.

The team at this location is exceptional. I recently had an issue with a charge that was caused by another location, Shaun the RSM manager personally saw to it being corrected!

Customer service really IS alive!I recently rented a car from Enterprise, or to be more exact, my car repair shop rented it for me. I must say, my experience was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of service that exceeded my expectations and left me thoroughly impressed. I expected “ordinary” but they went beyond. My car has been in the shop a whopping 35 days now. The first car they rented for me was meh … a Toyota Corolla. Not their fault, I’ve been a Toyota-gal my whole life! I left only 3 stars on their automated review to encourage the software to allow me to leave a suggestion that each car should be equipped with a phone mount that would fit. But all it did was taint their reputation. Not my intention! So sorry! But at least they got the suggestion that I’d wanted to submit, and I was pleasantly surprised that my rep Casey was informed almost instantly. (Holy cow, these guys are on their toes!)The second car was a Chevy Malibu, and so much better! But I think one of the things that made it better wasn’t just the car (you’ve come a long way, Malibu!) … it was the attitude and environment that made me feel like I was their only customer. Raymond picked me up and took me home each time, and I felt like I could call him by name. Casey even knew me when I called in with just my first name only. Let’s face it … we don’t always feel like we matter in today’s world of nonexistent customer service! The process was seamless and efficient. Casey made sure I understood all the features of the vehicle before I hit the road. The car was clean, inside and out, making for a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience. It wasn’t a top-of-the-line car, yet it had all the coolest new features. But I gotta just circle back to their exceptional customer service. Throughout the rental period, they remained accessible and responsive, ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction, in a world of AI and bots and companies who don’t seem to care because they don’t even answer their d*mn phone, is rare and highly commendable.I’m generally not loyal to any particular brand because I don’t often find a brand that’s worth my loyalty. But I surprise myself as I say … Enterprise is the bomb!If you're looking for customer service in a world that seems separated and detached from itself … if you’re looking for transparent booking, top-notch AND FRIENDLY customer service that makes you feel like a real person, and a seamless process from start to finish, then look no further. This agency has truly set the bar for excellence. There are so many other corporations out there who have just become insanely greedy, literally at the expense of their reputation, who could take a page from Enterprise.

Just a reminder. This enterprise does not understand what a reservation is. They will not hold a car for you. They will inform you the day before that they don't have a car for you even though you reserved it 4 months earlier. Avoid this place. Plenty of other places to rent cars from. You will actually have a car reserved for you if you reserve someplace else.

Worst ever. Never has the cars ready. We make reservations expecting it drive ready. Dirty. Always excuses but no remedy. Recent management changes and new staff awful.

Great customer service. Casey and the rest of the team do a fantastic job of making sure my rental experience is smooth and quick. I rent a car several times a month and their team always provides welcoming and top tier service.
