Perhaps just one person opinion about-- I was first time use their service and will be the last!!!!!! This business shouldn't do any services for the UPS matter, because they just make things maximum delays -----I do believe--I don't think they know what needs be done or understanding -- Do They just coping or memorize the process --How even possible to understand or comprehend---and furthermore-- No customer service and rude between -- I just don't understand this people--- Do they know how to operate own businesses-- and how to managed until now--- I rather drive to the ladera ranch ups location!!!!!

I don't often write reviews, but in this case, I need to warn potential customers about the service I received when one of my packages was sent to the wrong address and was delayed. Understanding that delays do happen is not the issue, my complaint is the way the manager Callum handled my situation. I sent two packages to Oregon at the same time and paid exorbitant fees for them to arrive 3 day ground requiring signatures. When the delivery driver arrived, there was only one package. She looked up the other package tracking and said it went to Washington instead of Oregon! At that point, on November 3rd, I called the RSM store to ask for help to find to out what happened and how to get the package to Oregon from Washington. The person who answered the phone said he could not help me. I asked him to look up the package tracking, to check with the Washington location and try to intervene, to give me a local Washington phone number; anything to help. He said no to everything and could not be bothered. Since I was getting nowhere, I asked for the manger and he said "I am the manager"! I was shocked at his absolute lack of concern and that he could not be bothered with my situation. He kept saying there was nothing he could do and that he had no way to find a phone number to another location. He offered zero solutions and just told me to call the 800# to talk to someone there. Which if anyone has ever called, their customer service line, is terrible. The bottom line is, Callum as the manger, offered the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I've been trying to find out who the owner or district manger is of that location to complain, with no luck. Buyer beware!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service!! Came to return an online order and have been waiting over 20 minutes with no customers in the store. I've watched the employees run around the store doing absolutely nothing. A lady walked in after me and the employees decided to all stop and drop everything to help her. Finally I was helped by a short woman with colorful hair who was very rude and as short with me as her stature. This is the first and last time I will ever visit this FedEx office store.

I came to this FedEx location for help with a shipping problem. I was immediately connected with the right person on the phone to solve my problem I am a very happy FedEx customer!

This FedEx and the mission Viejo location are both outstanding when it comes to customer service and reliability. This is the ONLY place I'll ever print or ship from! Thank you to both the RSM team and MV team!

I used this location 4 years ago when running for office. I am running again. Jessa and Callum were very helpful and knowledgable of what I needed. The prices were similar from place to place, but the turn-around was better. The sales people were MUCH friendlier. They say hello when you enter the store. Love that.

I went to the store to print out a long (92 page) document. It took a moment mute to get the code to release the print job. There was only 1 person working, but she suggested I go outside and then walk back in. And it worked!

Excellent service always! Chris, Callum, Usha and Jessa are terrific representatives of this company. They are patient and want to please. The interactions with them are always a bit fun and happy. I am technically challenged with printing and other needs and they all are willing to help whenever I have asked for help. And they make great recommendations. Thank you to my favorite go-to printing store. You are all the best!!!!

I can't believe I am on here leaving a review for a shipping center, but David and Jessa provided me with the best shipping service I have ever had. I don't ship things out often, and they helped me pack the internals of the boxes, tape it up, and made sure I had a receipt as confirmation that my items were shipped. And get this: I wasn't even paying for the shipping service. I had two items to return that had prepaid shipping labels, but it didn't matter to them. I was treated just like any other paying customer. David and Jessa were also good at talking, so while you are waiting for your items to be packed up it won't be boring or awkward. I came here years ago (probably 2012) and had an employee become frustrated that I didn't know how to use an office copy machine (I had never worked in an office before). But that was years ago, and my experience today now makes me want to come back here every time I ship something. There was also no wait when I went in, so that was a huge bonus as well.

When your printer fails and you need a quick option to walk in this is the place to go. This particular location has very friendly and helpful staff. So far I have used their shipping and print© station where you can easily email what you need to print and use the automated system. The ease and convenience is what makes me come back anytime I need it.

I went it struggling with my printing and shipping however , Jessa (sp?) I'm unsure how spell her name was incredibly sweet and helpful . Despite me being clueless and slow , Jesse was very patient with me and I never felt rushed. In the end she completely helped me out !! Will go back for sure!

Bryan is amazing! One of the best customer service people ever! He was courteous to walk me through the entire process from start to finish, usually there at handoffs and reluctance to help. This is certainly not the case with him! If you see him grab him first! I had a package that I have to get out for our charity. It's a drug treatment application for sex trafficked and homeless young foster kids and the other person didn't seem to understand the priority. I need it to get there Tuesday morning and Bryan made sure it went out!!!!llll
