“This is the only jewelry store you will need. My story might be a bit unique in that Brian and his staff made 3 different rings for me. Each one was absolutely beautiful. I worked with Brian and I must say that he has the patience and calmness of a saint! I was looking for a lab grown stone. Specifically the cushion shape. Brian used his resources and found 2 gorgeous stones, with cut being of the utmost importance. Each one had a perfect cut, colorless, eye clean clarity. Brian made sure of this. I began with a 2.56 ct, and decided I wanted to go larger. But, I made the error of thinking that I would want the radiant shape. Brian found a stunning radiant stone, but that night I knew that it wasn't right for my hand, but the stone was STUNNING. I was worried that Brian would be upset that I had changed my mind, but after getting his text reply (yes he was texting with me), he put my mind at ease. He wasn't upset at all. Just wanted me to be happy. Whew!!! I told Brian that I really just wanted my original ring (square cushion w/halo), just larger. Brian came through with a gorgeous 4 ct cushion, all proper square measurements, and a new halo. My new ring is WOW AND WOW!!!!! Brian listens, is patient, caring, calm, attentive, accommodating. He wants his customer to be happy. Every person at the store when I was there knew him; trusted him; enjoyed talking with him. He makes you feel good!!!! And his staff is just lovely. My engagement ring (which I didn't even know was in a bad shape), I had it checked out and the owner showed me the areas which needed repair, parts had to be hand reconstructed entirely and my ring came out better than when it was band new.
