“Arturo and his wife do such a fantastic job on all our dry cleaning orders, I will never go anywhere else! They are always so kind when I come in and make it a point to remember my name. They greet me like old friends. I have had alterations done here as well and even had them clean some vintage dresses of my mother’s found in her steamer trunk after she passed away. The thoroughness, care and attention to detail on each dress, including her wedding dress from 1962 was worth every penny. They not only got out dark stains but they were even able to get the musty smell out as well. Not only will they take great care of your every day work attire but special pieces as well. “Hadn't been to a laundromat in YEARS. The owner was extremely patient and helpful with the money card machine, the sizes of washers and dryers. Make it almost enjoyable. There was issue with my small washer he had followed up with me discovered an issue and automatically changed my towels to another machine then came to find me and let me know...no hassle. “I've been coming here for several years and have always had a good experience. My clothes are always nicely cleaned and they are always ready on time as promised. The staff are very friendly (Patricia is so nice!) and they are great with special requests or tailoring. The prices are somewhat high, however I'm sure that it's not cheap to have a business in Laguna Niguel. Overall this is a great business with terrific staff.”
“Clean laundromat here in Lake Forest, corner of Trabuco Rd and El Toro Rd. We had a big comforter that we needed to wash, too big for our home washer. $5.50 a load on a medium size washing machine. About 30 minutes or so I think. Use the app "PayRange" so much easier than bring a whole bunch of quarters. Machines will only take quarters or the app. The place is clean, and today, Monday (Labor Day Holiday) morning, the place was not crowded, not empty, but not crowded.”
