Rancho Margarita store….I lost my iPad. At approx 3:30 Chris,
Nathan & a young lady took it upon themselves to help me find it. They spent some time to locate it….it did turn up when someone turned it in.
I really appreciated their effort…
& wanted to acknowledge that they went out of their way to help!! They need to be commended for their effort!

I want to be real specific with this review since even a single store location has many services and products. I am focusing in on the Flooring Department at RSM. We went with Lowe's Flooring because we wanted their backing in the event there subcontractor fell short of expectations. Long story short, the Lowes lead employee in flooring- Israel was very unreliable in the preparation implementation process (not returning calls and could not ever be reached live). I should have pulled the "plug" on the whole project then, but did not. The subcontractor came out to install the new flooring (entire upstairs). Immediately the lead for the sub stated that there was more furniture than they get paid to move, so they needed more money. We called the manager of the sub and stated that this charge was never brought up by their estimator or Lowe's. The lead spoke with the manager and agreed to continue with the job. The lead made us feel like it was a favor. The sub did finish, and despite the leads initial attitude, they did a nice job and even a small facet that was my responsibility. So I call it even with the sub. After almost a year we noticed there was a 1/2" separation in the floor ends in one spot of an entry that was noticeable. We were in Lowes a few months ago and brought this matter up to Israel. He promised to look into it (even though it had been slightly over the year warranty) to see what he could do. Well as expected there was no call back from Israel (why I expected different was on me. After my second call to Lowe's RSM, I escalated to the Store Manager- Abdulla on 11:00am on 1-24-24. He promised that Israel would call me back. A second lie from Lowe's RSM. I never heard back from Israel. In summary, do not get flooring installation from Lowe's RSM, and don't even bother talking with Israel or Abdulla unless you enjoy being lied to as a customer. They deserve a negative 5 at best.

Just went here to return two sponges I bought on 12/28/23 and was going to use the store credit to buy halogen bulbs. The card I had charged it on I had to replace bc there was a fault claim on it. Lowe’s has now changed their policy that they don’t give store credit anymore. The lady helping me scanned it and told me that I didn’t buy it from there, which I definitely did. Then she got it to work and it did register but still wouldn’t give me store credit. The manager told us that if we took the time to find the transaction then two head cashier could help us. Well, that manager left then we went to show one of ‘head’ cashier that we found the transaction on our record, she said she didn’t know how to use the system. And kept saying bc we didn’t have a receipt or the old credit card.So we had to wait for the manager that said that to us. After waiting for 5 mins, no one came to help. Unfriendly customer policies, lack of training and just lack of customer service, and not to mention their prices are higher than Home Depot. I will never be Lowe’s customer again.

I went into Lowe’s for a table top barbecue type smoker. I asked for help from Noah and Sebastian. Two very nice young men. Noah and his Sebastian looked for this item and could not find one in stock so they called another store and waited on the phone until the other store confirmed that it was actually in stock . Just because of these guys I will be going back to Lowe’s. It’s hard to find good customer service like I experience today and it’s very refreshing to know that there are employees who still care about customers. Kudos to these two and Lowe’s

I was just there at 12:30pm today and had to go to the "customer service" desk. The women there were so rude and barely helpful. The first women never said hello, just looked at me with an annoyed look on her face and waited for me to approach her and start talking. The other woman was a little more helpful but still seemed like I was annoying her and was super unfriendly.You are standing at the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk, helping people is your job!I gave 2 stars because I am hopeful that my problem will be resolved when I speak to someone else.

Just recently bought a house in OC which required lots of repairs and had to make multiple trips to Lowes.Sean, the manager of the paint department helped me with ALL of my purchases when they weren't even paint related. His knowledge, professionalism and customer service was outstanding. I strongly recommend Lowes because of Sean!

Seriously! Can we have the plastic bags back? Paper bags and hardware products do not mix. Second time your paper bags have opened up in the parking lot and everything goes everywhere. Maybe it’s just me!

I bought a bunch of concrete like 800 pounds and I only needed 600 pounds so I took back 200 pounds to get my money back and they said you need to have a receipt because like lots of people shoplift 200 pounds of concrete. I said congratulations you’re now the proud owner of 200 more pounds of concrete.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. I ordered a fridge online and they got the wrong delivery address and tried to deliver it to billing address. They wouldn’t go 3 miles down the road and deliver it to my house, they had to reschedule. Then they took off the 5 year warranty I paid for and didn’t give me a refund. I spoke on the phone to dispatcher/customer service to get a new delivery date and address update, she confirmed delivery in two days.They delivered and dropped it off at my billing address(a business) and didn’t require a signature. They also didn’t install! I have to move it all by myself AND install!!I am never ordering again! Go to HomeDepot, they know how to do their jobs.

Worst store ever!!!Came in there to return a shovel and got hassled from Lisa, vera and Gary saying my shovel was rusted which is wasn’t. They have very bad attitudes and the shovel said lifetime warranty with no hassle. Worst experience ever. Also bought a valve that was leaking and tried to return it and they said it was over 90 days which it isn’t. I was harassed by them with my family.
