The level of service at this pharmacy is outstanding. All the staff and pharmacists are professional and friendly. Albert has gone above and beyond for us on several occasions. Especially when you’re sick, you really appreciate extra effort and kindness.

I have been a customer for 28 years, today I reached my breaking point the second time. The first time it was based on really long wait times . So I switched to SPOT RX , now they went out of business and I transferred my prescriptions back to Pavilions .So today was the big day, meds pick up! Still long lines . Prescriptions filled wrong and to top it off they said my insurance is not covering it. What BS insurance said it should not be a problem and that they cover it. Now I started to look into pricing,. looks like i get charged premium prices.before meds were $ 2.80 now 17.00 .I'm done .long waithigh price inability to work with insurance.Bye bye , to never see me again

Possibly the worst pharmacy in town. Extremely long wait times. The employees clearly do not care about anybody else's time as they sit behind the counter and largely ignore the customers especially when there's a long line, they will only have one person at the cashier station. On numerous occasions, the prescriptions that were called in, we're not filled properly, or they simply failed to fill it at all. This place is dangerous, and should be shut down. At this point I would use any other possible alternative. Keep yourself safe.

A few years back we switched pharmacies and until recently were happy with our decision. Recently however we've noticed a change in the way we've been serviced. At not particularly busy times, the attitude has been like they're doing us a favor. This cost them our immunization business. However, two days ago they crossed the line. After renewing a prescription followed by the usual 2-3 days to get it ready, we received "Your prescription is filled and ready for pickup." A few hours later we made a special trip to pick it up. After waiting in line behind 3 persons, I was informed: "Your prescription is not ready. It will take 20 minutes...Do you want to wait?"This required yet another special trip back the next day. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Sorry pavilions pharma-you can't blame this one on a computer glitch!

When can you ever go here now without a long, long wait to pick up a prescription. Always a problem. Can they hire more techs to check people out? Any time of day or night it's a huge delay just to pick up a prescription, new or refill! Always. Used to never be like this but it has been now for a great while. Needs management attention. This is also why Amazon is taking over healthcare and Rx. These places shouldn't question when they then lose their jobs to amazon home delivery. This wait in line is like the 80s now!

I don't know if I should laugh or just give up...I'm just glad they wrote happy birthday correct...two letters capitalized and others lower case...on the name,..really? The other time they couldn't spell congrats so I guess it's better geez

I can't say enough complimentary things about this pharmacy, I originally used a Pavillions in LA and cannot give them the same review. Do not take this team of individuals for granted, they actually understand customer service. JUST UNBELIEVABLE.If you've also lost your employer-provided insurance/prescription coverage as I did, add GoodRx to your Pavillions purchases, their discounts are extremely less than CVS or any competitor.

I order and purchase food quite often from here. I like to meal prep as I was preparing my children's fruit I cut into 3 strawberries and they all 3 had worms in them. I was so disgusted. I won't be getting fruit from them anymore I will be going to target where I have had better success. I'm now a little freaked out of biting into strawberries now. I have also noticed that they freeze their strawberries and sell them as "fresh" and you can tell when they are swollen and the seeds are bursting. Will not purchase fruit from them anymore.

This review is for the bakery. I ordered 3 dozen cupcakes and a cake for my son's fiesta themed 1st birthday. I gave them this photo showing what I wanted and the colors I wanted. The result looked like a child had decorated it. My husband picked up the cake the morning of the party and had no clue what it was supposed to look like, so he brought it home to me. Needless to say, I was absolutely shocked. I thought the design was pretty simple but clearly I should have taken my business elsewhere. See photos for what I requested vs what I got. I'm sure you can figure out which is which.

I made an vaccine appointment for 9am I came by at 830am and the man behind the counter told me I have to come back 15 min before 9am since that's the appointment time. I didn't see anybody around at this time and I noticed walk in welcome sign. I walked around and came back at 850am and no one acknowledge me for another 15 min while there are no other customers. Now I'm sitting down waiting to get get vaccinated for another 15 min..
