I came on Thursday, 3/21. This was my first visit to this location. It a smaller location, but I was pleased with the experience. I had an appointment. I arrived about 5 minutes early and checked in. There was plenty of seating and only two other people waiting. I was taken in at my exact appointment time. Tony was friendly and efficient and made it a pleasant experience. I would definitely come here again.

I have been to this clinic over the years and they have been great at drawing blood. Today a young man named Reece did incredible job finding my small veins at first attempt. I also never even felt the needle. He was professional and caring. Highly recommend this place.

My daughter went in with a list of blood tests she needed from her doctor. The guy looked at her paperwork and said one of the tests wasn't a blood test and her doctor should do it in the office. She kept telling him that it was a blood test but he kept arguing that it wasn't. He left the room and came back and said he had it "figured out" now and would do the test. He then told her that another test on her list wasn't done in that office and she would have to go to a special location and they could probably do it. The other location was much farther away and there's no way to call and verify if they actually do it. She made an appointment and crossed her fingers. When she got to the 'special' location they told her that it is a test that can be done in any location! Seriously!? This should have been a quick one stop appointment, instead it took two days and lots of driving and gas. This is a frustrating experience for someone who's ill. They need to hire people that know what they're doing or train them better. This could have been solved with a simple phone call but you literally can't talk to a human being and the recording just refers you back to their website. Quest needs to get its act together. They have zero customer service. Literally zero!

Had an appointment at 9:40 and was out by 9:52. Make an appointment online, don't call. Walk ins are hit or miss.

No longer accepts walkins and gives no consideration whatsoever even if you just arrived early on your appointment. Doing nothing with No patient on board

Go online. Make appointment. Go. Check in sit down and watch people with no appointment on stand=by go ahead of you. 15 mins after my appointment time I finally got seen. I watched people on stand by on the tv screen walking in ahead of me. When med guy came out I told him I had appointment. He said I will check on it after this patient , we are under staffed.

This location is probably the best one. It’s small but really quick. The times are really hard to get so you need to book way ahead or just get really lucky.

Crap service, long waiting time even with a appointment. Customer service has really abandoned us consumers. Big business and lack of any customer appreciation go hand in hand!!!

I had been having health complications for over 3 weeks and my doctor ordered me to get a blood draw. I made an appointment at Quest and arrived on time and per usual, they were running behind. The workers are looking for any excuse to clock out early and leave and have no regard for their customers. They were telling the 8 or so patients sitting in the waiting room that they need to reschedule. I was told I could not get a blood draw because I am a minor but when my Dad showed up they had already cancelled my appointment. Horrible service and rude workers.

The worst customer service from truly despicable, disrespectful, unprofessional workers. My daughter went in for a simple blood draw appointment ordered by her doctor. She shows up on time for her appointment. They are behind, of course. When it comes time to check in, they are looking for any reason possible to eliminate customers as they are getting to their 3:30 PM closing time. They eliminate my daughter's appointment because they say they need parental consent for a 17-year-old. Instead of calling me, they just immediately eliminate her because that is their goal so that they can leave work. I leave my job and get there 10 minutes later at which time they are completely disrespectful to me and still will not see her even though she had a scheduled appointment and a parent who is giving consent, both via phone and in person. This place is amongst the worst health care facilities I have ever been in my life.
