Honda Odyssey 2018 95K mileageCharged $215 for diagnostic- which is common for Toyota and Honda service centers- what is uncommon is that usually if you do repairs that payment will be included in your total bill - not here.Car got transmission error - after 24 hours got call from service center with quote $9K to replace whole transmission. Called non- dealership related repair center - got quote 3K to replace it or less if it not repaired entire unit replacement.I understand that in general dealership is more pricey but that much difference?! Dang!

I recently called on the buyback services offered at RSM Honda, and was taken back by how gracious and easy they made the process. I am so grateful for Matt Tompkins and his staff. This has been a difficult week for our family, and the way Matt worked with my senior parent was absolutely amazing. I will be forever grateful!

We purchased a certified preowned Odyssey from RSM Honda and had an average experience. Sales Consultant was nice and friendly, however was slow to respond to inquires and did not listen to all of our needs. Sales Manager was also friendly, but did not return a phone call prior to writing a review (tried to give them a 2nd chance). I expected a cash deal to be quick and easy, but was stuck waiting for paperwork for 2 hours to then find out the price was $200 more because of an administrative error. Overall we are happy with the purchase, but would probably not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Back to Toyota next time around.

Lots to recommend this dealership. Service advisors are great. Shout out to Chris and Ash and Sterling. Rancho S/M is a beautiful town nestled in the hills of Orange County…so the scenery is pretty as well. If you want a hot drink, their Mars branded multi drink machine is the bomb!

This place is very deceptive and tries to nickel and dime you.I called in beforehand to see if they do price match and was told to bring in a print out of the promotion. So I printed out a promotion from Norm Reeves Honda for rear brake change for $239.95 and brought it into RSM Honda on the weekend. I gave the print out to the service advisor "#566" and was told that is fine and work should be down in a couple of hours. To my shock and utter disbelief, when the work was done, the service advisor tells me that he called Norm Reeves Honda and supposedly spoke with their Service Manager and was informed that the promotion price does not include rotor resurfacing. The service advisor then said that they cannot do a price match but can instead take off $40. As I was in a rush, I just paid and left, having a bad feeling that I was just fooled. They essentially performed a service that I did not authorize, period. I even recall looking at my rotors prior to the work and thought they looked fine, had no pitting or rust (My car is mostly garage parked). Later, I found out that rear rotors rarely needs to be resurfaced, as I called the Service Manager at Norm Reeves Honda and was told rear rotor resurfacing is uncommon, and that only front rotors typically needs some resurfacing, that's why it is stated on their front brakes special that it includes resurfacing. So essentially I was tricked into believing this by RSM Honda and they performed a service that I did not need nor did I authorize. That is some shady sh*t. I've been going here for almost 10 years for both my cars, and after that experience, I decided to no longer bring my business to them. It is very bad business practice and something that I cannot tolerate. SO, you lost my business for what, 50 bucks? Shame on you.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. When I received the health report on my vehicle I declined the filter replacement. I was charged for the filters even though declined. I just want my money back for services I didn’t want. I’ve been taking my car there for 6 years, no appreciation for this long time customer.

The most amazing car buying experience ever! I've purchased many cars and for the past 16 years drove various Mercedes. I was tired of having to get new tires several times a year, using expensive gas, and every time you go in for PM there's always something else needed and you spend so much! Just recently buying a car for our teen I was done with it. I found the car I wanted within minutes, test drove it and the next day came back and drove home with it! The professionalism from start to finish is superb, you don't have to wear suits and serve Starbucks to have a good experience sometimes it's simple about getting what you need at the price that you want.... Period.... Gary Hibbing was not pushy, gave us everything we wanted and not the typical car salesman...he had us in and out with my car! I love my hybrid Honda and honestly, I have more luxury and features in this car than the Mercedes I had... cheaper gas, hybrid, better value and PM is covered for the first 24k miles: extremely happy customer and will come back and back without a stuffy environment as well:)

Went in for a oil change only but got a tire rotation also. Or I should say I paid for one but never got anything. After talking to the service advisor and paying I left without checking which is my bad, but you would think the job would of gotten done. Below is some pictures of the front wheels which you can tell have lower tread and pretty short, vs the back wheels which look almost new and have way better tread. The service was only 40 bucks but 40 bucks anywhere else would of gotten the job done first time. There is a nail in the back right tire which I was told got moved to front right but that is a lie. I’m hoping they actually did the oil change atleast, but if they can’t do a tire rotation I wouldn’t be surprised if they just reset the code and said they did it. If you go just double check before leaving to make sure you get what you paid for. EDIT: to add is a picture of invoice after. On it says front right tire has nail but again it’s front right back so just more proof of lack of work done. Also on it mentions cabin and engine air filter I declined but was never mentioned to me over the phone when they called. I did decline the patch and battery though.

My experience at RSM Honda was great; good customer service, happy with repairs etc. the only thing that’s annoying is that I’ve been contacted by Honda literally 12 times since my visit two days ago, either thanking me for visiting or asking me to fill this survey or the sales people making sure I know their contact info if I have questions, and after texting and emailing me he even called me with the same information… like damn 12 times is too much, I obviously know how to contact you if I’m the one who contacted you in the first place ? now that I’ve filled out your review please leave me alone lol
