The ONLY thing this pharmacy is filled with is incompetency. From systems for prescription refills that may or may not get to your doctor (and you NEVER know either way....so you're waiting for a refill that NEVER comes and you are left to manage the refill YOURSELF by having to contact BOTH your doctor and the pharmacy to see where the problem is at..only to find out it's the pharmacy's system that never puts in the refill request to your doctor! Time and time and time and time again!! So many times I can't even countthem anymore!) to regular, critical monthly meds that run out and NO ONE EVER tells you! And that they need a new script so while you're waiting for critical medications...the medications just NEVER come!! Over and over you tell them they are critically timed meds and nothing in their system notifies them! So again YOU are left managing your own refills and mostly when it's TOO late for the regularity they are supposed to be administered! Complete inadequate, incompetent systems for refill, for requests, for routine meds! The icing on the cake was when they were again out of Inventory (yet another incompetent system..no proper inventory management system!) of a critical med so I agreed to take what they had, paying for the full order upfront, knowing the rest would come in a few days. And while I'm waiting for other, different meds to get filled, they send a voice mail (not a text i would see) saying they are returning my PAID FOR partial meds (the second part of the half order I took to make up for their lack of Inventory tracking and ordering) to the shelf and I cannot get them back! What??!!!!!!! NO notice upfront when i accommodated their incompetent inventory tracking that they would now STEAL my paid for medications even when I paid for the whole amount upfront! Un-freakin' believable!!!!They will STEAL your medication. What??? Yes!!! Had someone told me this UPFRONT, that they would STEAL my paid for critical medication, I would NOT have accommodated their incompetent inventory medication levels by allowing them to split my order, let alone pay for the whole thing upfront!!! Meanwhile I'm trying to manage yet another medication for my dog that is NOT supposed to run out but again they give NO indication to the customer it's not being refilled so you're waiting and waiting and waiting for the monthly refill..that never comes...only to then have to manage it again yourself!! Their system makes NO automatic request for refill for critical medications and they NEVER notify you the refill is out. Instead, AGAIN, you're left waiting for a drug that NEVER comes! For yourself, your kids, your spouse, your pets. Total incompetent systems, processes and (lack of) communication!! This same lack of efficient medication refill and order processes as well as antiquated, incompetent technology and communications has been going on for YEARS and YEARS with NO improvement!! I left a wonderful doctor of 20 years thinking it was his systems or office girls that couldn't get the refill right only to find out it was THIS pharmacy that couldn't get it right!! How did I know?? Because the same exact thing happened with the new doctor I went to! It was the pharmacy to blame 100 percent!! How critical are your meds? Do they mean an ER visit, hospitalization, death, disease progression IF YOU DONT GET THEM? One thing you can be assured of, is this pharmacy will jeopardize ANY aspect of your health due to their incompetent processes, communications and systems! Legally, I'm sure this isn't even allowed in this state! By all means I'll be filing a complaint with the State too. Something needs to change at this place! Patients lives are being messed with and jeopardized. In all the many many many years I've gone here and the many many many frustrations getting meds and the many many many times I've had to manage it ALL myself...NOTHING has EVER improved! I have been a customer for 28 years, today I reached my breaking point the second time. The first time it was based on really long wait times . So I switched to SPOT RX , now they went out of business and I transferred my prescriptions back to Pavilions .So today was the big day, meds pick up! Still long lines . Prescriptions filled wrong and to top it off they said my insurance is not covering it. What BS insurance said it should not be a problem and that they cover it. Now I started to look into pricing,. looks like i get charged premium prices.before meds were $ 2.80 now 17.00 .I'm done .long waithigh price inability to work with insurance.Bye bye , to never see me again

I am writing my review on the staff of the RSM Pavilions pharmacy. I have been a customer of theirs over 20 plus years and they have always been my favorite pharmacy staff ever . They are friendly and remember my name and now know my mom has all her rx's there finally (yeah ). - I was tired of going somewhere else close by and dealing with drive up open - no drive up closed , as well as other things. Albert you have been there forever and have always been a pleasure not only for myself it but for many of us longtime customers . Thank all of you for being so kind and caring and through to ensure we have no RX interactions as well as we get our RX's filled quicker then we can drive there at times . Keep up the good work .

Possibly the worst pharmacy in town. Extremely long wait times. The employees clearly do not care about anybody else's time as they sit behind the counter and largely ignore the customers especially when there's a long line, they will only have one person at the cashier station. On numerous occasions, the prescriptions that were called in, we're not filled properly, or they simply failed to fill it at all. This place is dangerous, and should be shut down. At this point I would use any other possible alternative. Keep yourself safe.

A few years back we switched pharmacies and until recently were happy with our decision. Recently however we've noticed a change in the way we've been serviced. At not particularly busy times, the attitude has been like they're doing us a favor. This cost them our immunization business. However, two days ago they crossed the line. After renewing a prescription followed by the usual 2-3 days to get it ready, we received "Your prescription is filled and ready for pickup." A few hours later we made a special trip to pick it up. After waiting in line behind 3 persons, I was informed: "Your prescription is not ready. It will take 20 minutes...Do you want to wait?"This required yet another special trip back the next day. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Sorry pavilions pharma-you can't blame this one on a computer glitch!

I don't know if I should laugh or just give up...I'm just glad they wrote happy birthday correct...two letters capitalized and others lower case...on the name,..really? The other time they couldn't spell congrats so I guess it's better geez

I can't say enough complimentary things about this pharmacy, I originally used a Pavillions in LA and cannot give them the same review. Do not take this team of individuals for granted, they actually understand customer service. JUST UNBELIEVABLE.If you've also lost your employer-provided insurance/prescription coverage as I did, add GoodRx to your Pavillions purchases, their discounts are extremely less than CVS or any competitor.

I made an vaccine appointment for 9am I came by at 830am and the man behind the counter told me I have to come back 15 min before 9am since that's the appointment time. I didn't see anybody around at this time and I noticed walk in welcome sign. I walked around and came back at 850am and no one acknowledge me for another 15 min while there are no other customers. Now I'm sitting down waiting to get get vaccinated for another 15 min..
