Excellent customer service. My wife and I went in to this branch because of the great reviews. We have been with T-Mobile for 17 years, and have had our share of "customer service reps" that have been little to no help. We mainly went in to have a data transfer from our old phones to our new ones. Dylan, our main tech that helped us, was fantastic. Ken and Jasmine stepped in from time to time with thoughtful suggestions and answering our many questions. We left feeling good about the choice we made in going to the RSM location. Thank you all for making our experience a pleasure.

After being with AT&T for over 11+ years I was tired of certain areas that I wouldn't have service and then I would call customer service and they were not so great or hard to understand. They didn't seem like they really cared if I left or stayed. I also had some issues with my face recognition as I paid off my phone and now it didn't work. it seem like no one could help me over the phone I was just over it, so I went to T-Mobile and dealt with Jasmine And she was amazing. We had a hard time getting into my icloud w/ Apple n realized they were down, but with resilience and patience we were able to change my password get into my account and transfer everything over and now I have a new phone which has been amazing with all the stress doing it Jasmine stuck through many hours helping me fix it. I recommend RSM T-Mobile. Actually the whole staff is great from Dylan, Ken, and especially Jasmine should be definitely groom for management. We need a lot more people like her in the consumer business.

I want to thank Angie Chacon from T-Mobile. she is a dedicated awesome sales representative that goes above and beyond with customer satisfaction, support and giving you the best deal she can get you. she advised me on the best deal for veterans and helped me saved 85 dollars a month and my daughter got a free phone. I would highly encourage you to go to T-Mobile to see her and also Jasmine to save money. Angie truly represents the company in an awesome way. Switch over now and ask about senior citizens and first responders discounts.

I just switched back to T-Mobile after having Spectrum. Ahoora made the transition so smooth. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He has a great respect for senior customers. I also had a great conversation with Ken, who was from the same area code!! Highly recommend this store.

I don’t think it is operating at its best efficiency. There is no system such as check in text or call you when it’s your turn. They keep saying earnestly “ we will be right with you “ but that could mean 5 minutes or an hour like I waited. When I was being helped by Ethan we were interrupted several times , he was trying his best in a tough situation. I was there 3 hours and did not leave with a phone or finish the transaction. I went back the next day and luckily it wasn’t usu so I was content; however, the manager interrogated us to teymy salesperson she could take a break which would have slowed everything down but thankfully she said o and finished my transaction. After I decided I wanted a different phone 7 days into the 14 day window I was told false information about the process to change phones, they already sent tirade in back also. I went to the Mission Viejo store where I received excellent customer service and with their guidance to call 611 to resolve the issue of my trade in being returned so I could still get the full credit without the physical device. I was told at RSM by the manager I couldn’t get my trade in credit. I am a loyal T-Mobile customer for 13 years and never experienced problems like this. I’ll continue to support the Awesome staff at Mission Viejo. It takes a great manager to run a great team. The end.

Excellent customer service. We had Josh helping us today. Amazing service, we could see how much he enjoyed helping people. He won’t try to push sales on you, he will be super honest with everything that he is selling.I don’t even know how many questions we asked him and the girl that was with there today. But they answered all our questions and Josh helped us find exactly what we needed with the services that we needed.They have a good selection of products, and most of the time they do have some type of deal that makes getting a new phone or watch a great value for the money. I’ve had T-Mobile for a long time (10+ years), I would not want to switch back to any others (ATT nor Verizon).Overall, it was an cool experience here at this T-Mobile location. The store was very clean too. Parking can get a bit hectic, but it’s because of the movie theater and the Trader Joe’s that’s next to them.

I went in today for assistance on my phone. I forgot to activate the SIM card before adding it onto my iPhone and was having trouble setting up my iCloud. Josh explained what went wrong and helped me fix the problem right away! He made the process go by quickly and was really friendly ! Amazing customer service! Thank you Josh!

T-Mobil sucks!!!!!!!'n they need to hire people that know what the hell are doing instead of a bunch of young idiots Who make you do nothing but waste your time My wife ordered a modem so that we could have Wi-Fi at our home in Silverado. It didn't work. We've spent three days talking to text over the phone. They finally told us to come and replace it. My wife called and made sure that I was authorized to replace it because she just came out the hospital. I drove all the way over here and they told me that Customer Service never followed up with the authorization so I drove all the way over here for nothing they would not even help they would not call they would not do anything. It's just a bunch of people who have no idea what to do. Fairy very frustrating

This 5-star review is solely for Ahoora at this store, not for T-Mobile (which I would only give 1 star). Kudos to Ahoora, who spent over an hour on the phone with customer service to resolve an issue they caused with my account. He was incredibly patient and kind, and successfully resolved an issue I had been dealing with for over a month.

A discouraging visit. I canceled my service with Tmobile because my bill increased 40$ without warning, and when I called for an explanation, the customer service people didn't have the knowledge to understand why the increase. Then they stated they couldn't unlock my phone for the new carrier and instructed me to go to the local phone store and they could help me there. So I went and boy was the attitude different then when I went there to sign up for service and buy a new phone. First, I was made to wait while one customer service person went to the back, ignoring me, and the other immediately told me I had to call the customer service number to get my phone unlocked. I explained the customer service on the phone and, after several calls, was instructed to go to the local store so that they could help me. Well, after waiting for the more experienced customer service person to come from the back to again be treated like I was a nuisance and was told they couldn't unlock it because I had canceled the service. Needless to say, I am frustrated and disappointed by the treatment of the service professions at this store. They ate many options for cell service now I would avoid this company.
