“An excellent evening at this bar. From the knowledgeable and friendly staff to help select from a huge range of quality cigars, to the delicious food, to the attentive bar staff. This spot is a must visit for any cigar aficionado. Quite unassuming from the front but step inside and you instantly step into cigar and whiskey heaven.
Jesus gave us stellar service. Thank you.”
“Big nicer place with all types of vapes and flavors. It has a lot of things other than vapes basically everything you need if you smoke anything ?.
Just bought my favorite pink lemonade. And it was a pleasant experience. So nothing but five stars to the place. Tje biggest plus is that it opened already 08.30 im the morning and are very close to the hotel. Haven't had a vape since yesterday so was so hsppy when I found this place and that it opened so early in the morning. Thank you for a great vape and pleasant experience . ?”
“Awesome selection of cigars and pipe Tabaco. Really knowledgably and friendly staff. My favorite is the Vanilla Fudge Pipe Tobacco and as I type this I realize it's probably time to stop in for a refresh!”
“Kai was great today. I love being greeted with such a smile and pleasant demeanor. I travel out of my way to go to this vape ahop for their selection of both geek bar and foger vapes. Today was a great experience. I was able to take my time and peruse the selection, then make my choices and purchase easily. Thanks Kai for the good convo! Glad to have this vape shop in our area for geek bar and foger vapes!”
“Went in the other day to purchase a gift for a friend of mine and the service was superb! They are very friendly and welcoming people and will treat you like family. Great prices too!”
“I love smoking cigars about once a week and spending romantic time with my wife. We were visiting a grocery store nearby with delicious food and saw this Smoke Shop. I found a huge selection of cigars and immediately bought several! The salespeople were very friendly. I recommend this place for quality cigars!”
“Went in there today and gave the lady my information to distribute to them and the lady was very helpful and very nice and took down my information. For the owner to contact me”
“I've been going here for years. Consistently the best selection of beer and liquor in town. For what it's worth, I love the atmosphere TW cultivates as well. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you never feel any pressure to buy, or leave, or anything in between.”
“Called ahead to see if they had a 4.5" downstem to which they said yes. Made sure to bring my bowl to make sure it fit as well as a tape measure. Glad I did because I was initially handed a 4" downstem so I asked if they a half inch bigger and..... they did!! Dude was chill. Didn't really talk much and didn't really seem like he wanted to be there but I got exactly what I needed for a reasonable price ($9.99 before tax). Would go again but would also make sure I'm getting exactly what I need especially if it's glass or something.”
“Yogi is absolutely amazing and such a wonderful person! Trevor is the best customer service I have ever received. I come here almost every day because of Trevor and my experience is beyond 5 star always”

“Cigars by the Lake has easily become one of my favorite cigar lounges in Orange County. From the moment you walk in, Deion and Angela make you feel like family. They’re incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely care that everyone has a great experience.
The atmosphere is second to none—comfortable, laid-back, and the perfect place to unwind with a great cigar. Whether you’re a seasoned aficionado or just getting into cigars, they take the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for without ever making you feel pressured.
The humidor is always well-stocked with an excellent selection, and the lounge has an awesome vibe where it’s easy to relax, watch a game, and have great conversations with other cigar lovers. It’s one of those rare places where the people make the experience just as much as the cigars.
If you’re looking for outstanding customer service, great energy, and a lounge that truly feels like home, I can’t recommend Cigars by the Lake enough. Huge thanks to Deion and Angela for always treating everyone with kindness and making every visit memorable.”
