It's like the Wild West. The guy has a price written on his hand and says "Especial" but can't tell you what that entails. I can't even find a "menu" of services and what is included. I even asked inside. Nada.

Each time I come here (3 times total) my check engine light on my BMW lights up. Further, rude manager who treats women like crap. Not sure how this place is still in biz with all the bad reviews. We need a better option in RSM.

Paid for the premium wash just to see that my car was barely worked on. I had brought it in to have it cleaned, vacuumed, wiped down, etc. my car was still dusty, crumbs everywhere, and streaks all over the glass and paint. The 5 dollar self wash yields much better results at any other location.
