I booked an appointment for an updo one week in advance for a wedding I am going to. Only one day before the event I received a call from this location and they need to cancel my appointment due to family emergency. This is so unprofessional that they do not have a back-up plan when someone cannot show up for their shift. I would never go back here again as clearly customer service does not mater to them.

Just had a brow appointment with Misti and she’s incredible! She understood exactly what I wanted and was super friendly the entire time. We bonded over our shared interests, and she really was a kindred spirit for me.I left the appointment with a huge smile, which I feel like says a lot when I just got a bunch of hair ripped out of my face. I will happily be going back to Misti. She’s very sweet and engaging, and I really like her work!I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews, but when I have as positive of an experience as this one, I feel like I have to! She deserves to know how good of a job she did

I love the great selection of skincare and sunscreen they have for mature women. Overall pleasant store, and I appreciate not being harassed by salespeople when I walk in.

I always find myself arriving minutes before closing, mainly because I live 2 min away and I have to say every time I am still welcomed and greeted. Most places I've been to shop and happen to be closing usually give rude vibes because employees are frustrated with my last minute shopping so they rush me. I get it they have lives that they want to go home to but this Ulta and every single employee here will not rush you to get out they will help you find what you need with a smile and welcome you back. I love this Ulta and their pleasant team....

Even though the other locations are closer to me, the RSM location is where I'm shopping from now on. I've dealt with two different managers (one on the phone and one in person) trying to get the product I needed and they went out of their way to help and were so nice and friendly. I had ordered my foundation online to pick up in store during a one day special. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it. When I pulled the order up on my app, it said it was canceled. The manager, I believe her name was Lauren, said that probably happened because they didn't have that color in stock, but because I did purchase it on the day of the special that she would honor the price. That was so nice of her. She was so sweet and friendly. I was also helped by Leyla who was so sweet and they both worked together to get my order correct. Amazing customer service. This location is top notch!

I usually do most of my Beauty shopping at this Ulta. I noticed the salon was open and looked busy. I asked for the price list and was surprised to see they are very affordable. I was sold and booked my appointment. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by my stylist, Marni she is so nice and friendly!Marni explained the process and took her time going over the color I wanted and the expected results. Marni always made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Marni is definitely my go to hair lady! I even booked a future appointment to add highlights. Can't wait!!

I don't want to talk poorly about this store location but don't know where to post this review. Ulta's customer service via phone is awful! I went into the RSM location over a week ago and found out someone with the same first and last name changed my account information. I wasted an hour over the phone (and was in the store) trying to settle the matter and nothing got done. I was told someone would call back within 48 hours and nothing. Over a week later, I just received an email regarding the issue. I am being harassed over email and being asked the same questions that I have already answered. I've asked 3 times for the manager's information and they keep telling me to call customer service or respond to the email. I'm in awe regarding this awful experience. I will definitely be going to Sephora. They provide much better customer service.

I went to pickup a few new products. no one welcomed me in which isn't the end of the world, but unfamiliar as other ultas i've gone to have been extremely welcoming. i asked someone to look for a product for me since it didn't seem to be in stock. the lady was nice and said she would look in the back. i stood in the same spot for about 20 mins and started to browse around. about 15 more minutes went by and at this point i started to become very annoyed. i understood finding things could sometimes take time but at this point i felt like someone would of at least checked in with me by now. About 45 mins in for waiting for this product i tried to look around for the lady who helped me only to see her deep in conversation with a coworker. i then went to the front to ask a different person to look for the product to only have the two girls up front laugh and talk in their mic saying "she's here". she came back with the product 2 mins later. i went to check out at the front and the original salesperson was standing up there and didn't say anything about the initial request. even i wasn't standing right where i was to start with, you would really think the associate would look around the store to continute to help out. this experience was really frusterating and i feel like i wasted my time completely. i can take responsibility for moving around the store a little, but 45 mins of waiting to only find someone talking to their coworker is so frusterating. i generally like going to Ulta and appreciate their products but this definitely impacted any future choices on going back. really disappointing

I got a tattoo on my leg that was not family friendly that I needed to cover up. I walked in and there was a worker was more than happy to help. I told her my strange request and she told me they had a tattoo concealing foundation that would work perfectly for my bright colorful tattoo. She was already raving about this foundation on the walk over to the section. Unfortunately they were out of my shade in that specific brand but it's a make up store... she moved on to a different brand. Kat Von D was the brand and I was excited to hear she had a brand here. She's a tattoo artist so I'd think she'd probably have the best concealing foundation. On top of that all her products are vegan which made me so much happier. The Ulta beauty consultant and I share a laugh because this was the first time she was matching foundation to a leg. She was super helpful and friendly the entire experience.

Ava the cashier was super rude to me. I was just buying one thing that i needed, and treated me poorly and was very rude and dry with her responses. The lady behind me had a bunch of stuff to buy, her mood and responses immediately changed and even apologized to her for "making her wait" in the line, like everyone else. Bad service.

I have been coming here for a while to get my hair done. My stylist got a job at a new location and I was told two days before my scheduled appt which was set for about four months.... I was told the new stylist doing my hair was amazing and experienced. She sadly ruined my hair. The balayage was orange and unnatural looking/ tiger stripes, I was there for five hours, the hair I left with was also the third try of the day. I called to possibly get a refund or so they can assist me in making an appt to fix it but the manager told me she was under the impression that I got exactly what I wanted. Horrible customer service and so disappointed with how the manager and stylist Judith handled the situation.. I will be getting my hair done somewhere else from now on. If you have not been recommended to a stylist from here by a friend or someone you know well, then don't accept it. I learned that it is best to go with someone you know well.
