We recently opened a combined checking account. Geneva was really helpful and went over everything with us. She was wonderful and made the experience a really positive one. I highly recommend them and especially Geneva--she is a gem!

Been a customer here for years. Even when they were at the Corporate Drive Location and inside the Pavilions location. Made so much sense to consolidate to one prime location here. Extremely friendly staff. They get to know you on a first name basis. They offer kid's accounts and much more. Notary's done here are quick and easy. Easy to find parking. ATM protection inside double doors with secure entrance. Love it!

I have been a US Bank customer for about 12 years, I used to bank with the branch inside pavilions which was always such a pleasure. Since Covid that branch has now closed and I have had to use this branch which I don't have to go into very often but when I do I get the worst customer service I've ever had. It is unbelievable how rude a certain lady is inside. I have opened up an account with another bank and I will be slowly moving my accounts over to them.

Walked in bank to open a new account. One customer at teller and one talking to banker. Two employees available. One asked what I needed and I replied open a new account. He asked if I had an appt and I replied no. He said I could not open an account without an appt. Are there any banks that offer customer service any longer????? Needless to say U S Bank will not have my new bank account.

We love US Bank we have worked with multiple branches in several states over the years and they are always helpful, friendly and resourceful. Then there is this branch where every request is answered with with "no". Today's request "I'd like to open an additional checking account". Response "do you have an appointment?" Me: no, I'm already a customer and just need to add an account" response: sorry it takes 45 minutes and we're short staffed. Note: no information on how to set up an appointment , no, can I schedule an appointment for you just a "no". So, as I told the teller I will not use this branch anymore (she doesn't care) and left the branch. Every request we have had this year has been met with the same behavior- including my husband being yelled at across the lobby that they don't provide a notary service (March) , pushback that they don't do SEPs (April) and being told the only way our accountant to see our accounts was to make her a signer on the account (July) all answers were incorrect and Easily handled by other us bank representatives So we will find another branch (really miss the Pavilions branch and staff)

I have a business account and they charge for checks and every little thing plus they are always understaffed, unfriendly and it's a ghost town in there. The other little branch at pavilions is by far the worst bank experience ever. They are downright mean.

Today's experience is by far one of the worst treatments I have ever received from a bank manager. Tammy (the branch manager) is a rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She lied to me 3 times and each time I caught her lie she changed her story. She comes up with her own made up policies, just to send you away. Her customer service skills are the worst I have ever seen in the banking business. She's so bad that she has to have her friends write positive things about her so she doesn't get investigated by her superiors. Never going to that branch ever again.
