I have been using this branch for over 20 years. The customer service has declined and is beyond horrible. Brian the manager is rude and not helpful. Do not use this branch or change banks.

Dear horrible employee Ro, I was attempting to deposit a check at the ATM along with a woman to my right, neither ATM machine was working. I knocked on the door to let you know what was happening... all you did was tap your wrist, to let me know that you are closed. I asked to talk with you through the door, but all you did was whisper there was nothing wrong with the machines. Is this good customer service? If it's after 6 p.m. you don't give a crap??? you couldn't get your manager to come talk to me through the door? you couldn't assure me that you would get someone out there to fix the ATM machine first thing in the morning? You couldn't apologize for the inconvenience? Shame on you

Wonderful customer service. Everyone there always say hello or wave at me when I walk in. I do my personal banking along with my companies banking. They have always assisted me and the owner of the company with open arms. I have recommended this branch to several employee's to open their accounts. Thank you! You guys are the best! DT

Worst bank with employees and manager who has no idea what they are doing. Brian Kim the manager started a home equity line of credit for me with incorrect info and then the bank had me waiting for 60 days to reject the application for a clerical error that Brian made. They made me halt my very critical project despite me being their customer for over 10 yrs. I can see why this bank is doing how they are.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer since I was 16 years old and I've met a number of bankers through the years, however, two particular bankers stood out to me. First I wanted to thank Bobak. He has gone above and beyond what any banker has for me. He has called to follow up with my new accounts, always gets me to the right person for my business needs, and checks on me regularly to ensure that all my banking needs are met. I appreciate all of his help and thank him for his high standard of customer service. Secondly, I'd like to thank Christine. She's been instrumental in getting my business accounts and line of credit going. Thank you so much for all of your help and follow up! I can't thank you enough for all your hard work!

My sister opened an account today with Eric, and it was such an amazing experience. Eric was absolutely wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. My sister is trilled with her first account plus getting to know such a nice person. Great job Eric the world needs more people like you.

Good branch. I have been here a few times doing basic transactions like deposits, deposit to another Wells Fargo customer, and money orders and they're always efficient. I've never had to wait long at all. Most times I just walk right up to the teller and am in and out within 5 minutes. There are a ton of Wells Fargo's around to bank at but I genuinely like coming here. The employees here are always super friendly and quick. Quick in and out, my transactions are always done right..that's what I like.

This branch has the WORST branch manager ever!!! The ATM at this location has not worked properly for at least 6 months! I have complained numerous times and they keep telling me .....soon we will replace them! We are a small business and deposit 7 figures of checks here yearly. 6 figures monthly. Branch manager had the nerve to look me in the eye today and say he knew nothing about the horribly old and broken ATM machines that constantly EAT your checks and out of order weekly! And this was after I opened another account today ! I'm DONE with this branch! I will drive around the corner to the next branch in our community! Bye Bye J ASS. Oh and we are still waiting for our $$$ back for the fraud accounts that charged us fees that we did not authorize these types of accounts. We are part of that settlement too. Time to find a new banking partner!

Wow. By far the friendliest Wells Fargo I've ever been to. I left this bank many years ago due to customer service issues and I'm glad I came back. Husband and I opened our joint banking account with Eric and he was beyond friendly. He was very personable and I we were done within less than an hour.. Time is very valuable to us as . I couldn't believe how easy it was and how phenomenal this staff was. Thank you for the great experience!

I was in a bind they were able to help me out of the situation. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but as a long time Wells Fargo member I am glad I left the bank with exactly what I needed. Thank you for the help and great service!

Everyone greats me with a smile. Sometimes I get a hug from the manager. If I have banking issues they fix them. They are always there when I need them and so personable.
