Marianne (?) and most of the other female staff seem disinterested & from my experience, unprofessional. While bringing in a deposit for the company that I work for, I assume the deposit slip was having trouble being read, to which I was told " yeah we always have problems with YOUR company" another banker walked up and said "we have to try it 400 times"... not jumping into apologizing for their lack of interest in working, I repeated "400 times? I find that hard to believe" deadpan.. the banker who walked up and interjected herself in the conversation said "well 400 times no...but a lot of times, yes" To which I asked, "so what is your suggestion? Ordering a new book of deposit slips? " They looked at each other and laughed, and then said to each other, "deposit slip books are very expensive"... I didn't remember asking how much they cost, I remember, asking if this was the proper recourse in order to remedy the situation since it makes their easy job so difficult apparently.... never gave me any extrapolation on why it wouldn't be a good option seeing as their machine is allegedly having trouble reading the slips every single time which is why three of their employees were literally standing there telling me how difficult it makes their job while they're sitting on their ass doing nothing most of the day. Like I said, I'm delivering the slips along with a deposit for the company that I work for, it really doesn't matter to me how expensive the deposit slip book is because first of all, I'm not gonna be the one paying for it, and second of all, if it would make the process easier, and if the first book of slips is defective. Don't you think that would be the proper recourse? Marianne is extremely rude, unprofessional, and I don't appreciate her behavior, as well as her pointed tonality when assisting clients. I have never been to a bank where when I'm trying to process a deposit, I get told that it's difficult for them to do, they complain throughout the process, act aggravated, and then call over other staff too just oversee and chat about me in front me, while they're doing the process. Absolutely insane unacceptable and extremely poor form.

Make yourself a favor and never go to this branch unless you want to use the ATM. Some of the rudest tellers and so called advisors I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of of having interaction with, I went in yesterday and the lady teller was screaming my personal information sensitive information to the so called advisor who also screamed back while all other customers were behind me in line and made fun of my question, I am going in to get both their names and file an official complaint with corporate, rude unprofessional entitled employees. Then I went to the branch in Antonio who politely greeted me and resolved the exact matter within 10-15 mins by the branch manager himself, horrible experience

The manager Shaun is unbelievably a great actor! I came in because I had an appointment waiting for my banker Julie (who was amazing by the way) I was on my laptop, and noticed a family of 3 walk in with no appointment from what I overheard, as they start to get a little fussy i hear they would like to speak to a manager which I'm assuming is the guy in the corner, I hear no phone ring and suddenly hear a gentleman in the corner pick up the phone and start repeating numbers, acting as if he didn't want to help out the family that were waiting to speak with him. He was very aggravated, and the way he handled that interaction made me tell my friends and family to avoid going to this location in particular. Every time I've came in he always has some kind of attitude! I'm surprised he hasn't lost his job yet! For a manager, very poor communication skills!!

Horrible treatment by a hyper aggressive and loud branch manager. He was rude and angry and mean. I am 71 years old and he was screaming at me for bringing in my deceased husband's death certificate that Wells Fargo asked for at that branch a month before. He kept screaming what do you want to do with it?! I would never set foot in that bank again. As I was leaving he ran over to gossip about me to a lady and man in cubicles. I was appalled and turned around from leaving the bank and asked him to stop discussing me with others as banking is personal. He told me "I CAN TALK ABOUT YOU ALL I WANT TO" and charged at me demanding I leave. He needs a random. Totally abusive branch manager.

Don't have enough bank clerks who are intelligent and caring enough to solve customers' real issues, which means their manager or VP of this branch doesn't care about customers at all.

It is ridiculous that the bank closes at 5 PM. How are the working people supposed to get their business done. I’m glad you’re open for all the unemployed during the day and the stay home moms what about the working people who are paying the taxes. The pandemic is over. Get back to business and normal hours that respect the working class

I just wanted to thank the branch manager Brian Kim for his personal attention and commitment to customer service. Brian's assistance in helping with the necessary paperwork to transfer my deceased mothers banking assets to my sister and my personal accounts was invaluable. It was a pleasure to work with Brian during these difficult times. Thank you Brian

Always hated Wells Fargo but now with more of a reason. Really needed to open a credit card. Rushed in today after work, they were closing in about 40 min and they refused to help me because 'there isn't enough time to explain the different credit cards'. How lazy can you be? Do you job. Don't waste your time go to CHASE.

Wells Fargo is my home mortgage lender. Over the phone I had asked for a mortgage deferral due to covid-19 yesterday. when I called today they could not tell me whether or not I was to expect some balloon payment for the pause in the mortgage payments. Apparently, they were waiting for some letter to generate depending on my type of loan. I'm not understanding how they don't have a computer system there that would tell them. I explained to the lady on the phone I had a conventional loan. Again, she could not tell me any information. What the f*** is wrong here? This is a huge institution with computer capability to tell me what is going on. Really, they're waiting for an email sent to me before they even know? I'm calling b********

Walked in to make a simple withdrawal. Lately, I've finding myself with way too much money in my account :( so I've had to keep withdrawing my cash in order to make sure it's safe with me! When I walked in, I was greeted by Clarissa and she made the withdrawal experience SO easy! Got my cash, was in and out before I could catch the Rona! (disclaimer: "the Rona" is a fun nickname that the youth has given to COVID-19) Definitely coming back to see Clarissa!! Make sure she gets a RAISE for working and putting herself at risk!
