If I can I will give negative rating. This branch service is waste of time. The banker wasted 2 hours of my time and did nothing. I am a software engineer and have accounts in multiple banks but Banker behaved like I am illegal and asked for 4 id proofs and asked me to open different bank's apps and show him my address proof like...what the hell.....he felt like he is doing me a favor to open an account. Never ever going into this branch location again.

Rachel Garrett far exceeded my expectations as a personal banker during my scheduled appointment. Rachel is thorough, personable, efficient, and explained things to me in laymen's terms. Thank you to this WELLS FARGO on Antonio Parkway for the exemplary customer service!

I have been using this branch for over 20 years. The customer service has declined and is beyond horrible. Brian the manager is rude and not helpful. Do not use this branch or change banks.

This is the worst branch you can go to. Worst customer service. The personal banker Nahed Hanna does not help you at all and wastes your time when you made an appointment in advanced. Brian Kim the branch manager was no help either. She said on the phone 1 form of identification and $25 to open an account and then when I come in she says 2 forms and $25 and told me I was unprepared and that she has mother customer appointment and that I need to re-schedule. That’s not how you do business for a new customer wanting to open a new account and the manager didn’t even help or apologize for her mistake. Wasted 1 hour of my time to do nothing. She told me to leave because she has another person coming. She did nothing to help me and I was trying to find a second identification and I sent her my Rental agreement but because it was too many pages neither her or the manager Brian Kim wanted to print out my second identification and told me I was not prepared. So rude. I am never ever coming near a Wells Fargo. I have signed up with Capital one Bank super easy and so fast and excellent customer service.

I have banked with all major banks ...Bofa , chase , citi ...but WELLS FARGO by far has the best customer support I'm guessing due to their change of management... will not bank anywhere else ..

Dear horrible employee Ro, I was attempting to deposit a check at the ATM along with a woman to my right, neither ATM machine was working. I knocked on the door to let you know what was happening... all you did was tap your wrist, to let me know that you are closed. I asked to talk with you through the door, but all you did was whisper there was nothing wrong with the machines. Is this good customer service? If it's after 6 p.m. you don't give a crap??? you couldn't get your manager to come talk to me through the door? you couldn't assure me that you would get someone out there to fix the ATM machine first thing in the morning? You couldn't apologize for the inconvenience? Shame on you

Unless your dropping off your paycheck, forget about ANY customer service. They have 5 tellers and 1 banker most of the time. Walked in to open an new account and wasnt even greeted by a single teller. Instead they just look at me from there teller window and talk to each other about the clear fact that no one is helping us. And once someone did come to say someone would help us 20 minutes AFTER I walked in. We all just sat for ANOTHER 20 minutes with zero follow ups while we wait and wait and wait. UNLESS you are pulling out cash, I would AVOID this location.

Wonderful customer service. Everyone there always say hello or wave at me when I walk in. I do my personal banking along with my companies banking. They have always assisted me and the owner of the company with open arms. I have recommended this branch to several employee's to open their accounts. Thank you! You guys are the best! DT

Worst bank with employees and manager who has no idea what they are doing. Brian Kim the manager started a home equity line of credit for me with incorrect info and then the bank had me waiting for 60 days to reject the application for a clerical error that Brian made. They made me halt my very critical project despite me being their customer for over 10 yrs. I can see why this bank is doing how they are.

The staff is awesome. Eduardo really tries to help you everyday possible. I was on the fence about keeping my business account with these guys, but once I had some interactions after moving to the area and seeing how much the staff at this location care, I decided to keep it here as the customer service within this branch is top notch.
