I have been using this pharmacy for a decade. Used to be good, not anymore. My presc was called in around 09:00am, picking up at 6:30pm and being told we don't have one of your meds. Seriously, all day and not resolved. I have 06:30am surgery check in, now I don't have my post surgery meds Unacceptable. Problems lately, this place is not handling business well at all. Done with Walgreens.

Bria in the Pharmacy went over and above to help my wife switch Pharmacies from CVS to Walgreens for a hard to find estrogen patch. CSV was out of stock for months. Bria was so friendly and helpful. She filled her prescription quickly.

This Pharmacy is the best and I appreciate everything that they do for me. TRICIA is the best her customer service is always above par as well as all the employees of the store. I thank them all for their help and awesome work ethics

My boyfriend and I went in today around 5:40pm to pick up our pictures from T-Mobile Tuesday and the guy that worked there was SOOO rude to me, I wish I got his name. I told him our last names and he only gave me mine but refused to give me my boyfriend's. Keep going back and worth saying that it's only one per house hold and i was telling him that the order went thru i have the order number. He didnt even listen to what i said at all. It makes no sense too that he was saying one per household because my boyfriend and i are not in the same household, we are not even on the same phone plan. Finally he said we only have one thats under (my last name) and i was like no its under (bfs last name) which i told him AND spelled to him MULTIPLE times but he did not listening to what i was saying. Walgreens you guys need to have new training for your employees on customer service.

Frustrated today. I have a non controlled medication that they said yesterday I could pick up today and that seemed correct as it's the 28th day (last one was filled 1/10). But my boyfriend went and stood in a huge line to pick it up today while I was working and they said no, I can't pick up til tomorrow. It seems very odd to me that I can't pick it up on the 28th day. It seems like they are not counting days correctly.... do they not realize that 28 days from 1/10 is 2/7?? And they wouldn't tell my boyfriend why they wouldn't fill it or why they told us yesterday I could pick it up today. Just terrible customer service. The lady who works there is nice but the guy pharmacist just seems angry all the time. I'm just tired of us having to go and wait in hour long lines just to be told conflicting information...

I can't stand this pharmacy. They are rude, incompetent and abusive. They think that customers work for them. I have to go without a vital drug because they refuse to release it to me. They care nothing for the lives of patients. They lied to me and said I could fill my script early because I'm leaving town. Now, I have to suffer without it. They do not care at all about patients. They behave as though they hate their jobs.

Pharmacy tech working the counter was very rude and insensitive. Went to pick up paxlovid (a time sensitive medication) for my family member and she just said they 'didn't have it'- prescription was sent 11am. I asked why they didn't call to let us know they were out and that we would have to go to another pharmacy. She just looked with a blank stare. She told me the locations that had it and I asked her to transfer the prescription, she said she couldn't do that. I know that's not true (I am a nurse and have to call and get prescriptions transferred locations all the time). With that being said as a nurse, I'm sorry for all the people she is rude to who are probably sick and coming to a pharmacy for help... in RSM there isn't many pharmacy options now with Rite Aid being closed and this will definitely not be one my family returns to.

The pharmacy techs and staff are really rude. I called yesterday because my medication was supposed to to be ready on the 9th. Then they said it would be ready 12/11. Tech said she can give me whatever they had on hand and then I pick up the rest, I said no it's fine since you say it'll be here the next day i'll wait. I called monday 12/11 end of day because I still hadn't received a call my medication was ready and they were so rude telling me they were short staff, someone called out and they will not be filling my order. The way she told me was disrespectful as if it was my fault they were short staff and someone called out. Very unprofessional , i'm also a healthcare worker and I am also short staffed but I don't take it out on the people I help. Tech didn't even apologize she was just frustrated someone called out.

Worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I've been trying to get a prescription transferred from CVS to Walgreens since Tuesday (6 days ago). And even as I watched CVS fax them the prescription, here we are 6 days later, and they still claim to not have received it. Although I can understand if perhaps CVS dialed the fax # wrong, I can not understand the rude behavior of every single pharmacy employee I've encountered over the last 6 days. I've been accused of lying, I've been cut off when speaking and put on hold, I've been told I need to be patient because CVS is "horrible and slow". As someone in healthcare, I advocate for my patients, and I truly believe anyone employed in healthcare should advocate for their patients in need. You, Walgreens pharmacy department, lack sufficiently in that department.

I frantically went to other competitors to have a photo printed of my daughters medical graduation. Three different times the pictures did not turn out clear. There was something wrong with these photo printers. I did not know that Walgreens also does photos until I googled their website. Natalie was shorthanded that morning but gave 110% effort to help me get this 8X10 photo done before my daughter arrives home. She spent lots of time with me and was very professional, knowledgeable and showed great kindness and passion for helping me as well as others there that morning. I highly recommend Natalie and Walgreens in RSM, when you need something conveniently fast. I wish I could give Natalie more than a five star! I will shop again there more frequently knowing I have great customer service. I went back the next day and Natalie wasn't there, but Kevin, a floating manager was super experienced, knowledgeable and very professional, and help me quickly pick up one more 8 x 10 photo. The store is nice, clean, and great service! I went in the next day and Natalie wasn't there, but Kevin, a floating manager help me. He was very professional, quick and courteous. His experience and knowledge was amazing also. I highly recommend this store for sure!

This review is for the pharmacy and the female pharmacist who is there most days. I am pretty sure I cannot mention names. I've been a customer for a little over a year now and have always seemed to get amazing service. I do have issues with my insurance card, not matching my name, and she has always been more than accommodating. I also receive a small amount of pain, meds, monthly, and every 3 to 6 months, I have an issue and need a refill sooner than my regular date. Again, she has been more than accommodating every time. Fast forward to yesterday when my doctor submitted a request for a few extra pain meds to hold me over for the next week. It took me five hours and a call to my insurance advocate after getting the runaround from her. Also caught her in three mis-truths yesterday regarding what time my meds were re-submitted. She did not like the way the prescription was written, and after the third time I did called her to see if it had gotten through properly. I was told no. I then put a call into my insurance advocate, and within five minutes, I was told that my prescription had been resubmitted at least two hours before. I do have copies of this information. I feel I am being judged very harshly by someone who was very helpful to me. There are quite a few more issues with her, maybe I rubbed her the wrong way at some point. But I won't even get into those .... I would also like to say that after all the stress of trying to get a few extra pain meds, I ended up with insanely more than I needed. She is on a power trip. So if you're having a problem at all with this woman, I would advise you switch pharmacies, unfortunately I had to. After reading the recent reviews, as I can see, I am not alone. And I'm not sure what has recently changed. Except her attitude. I don't know what has happened as the same pharmacist, I will name her, Trish has been more than accommodating to me until recently. Horrible pharmacy I would advise anyone having an issue to call corporate, as I did. Just to add onto this review, I didn't get a call from corporate and I missed the call. She left me no return phone number said she would call me back the next day. Never got a call back and it's been two weeks. I also just found out today that Trish has been telling me my FSA card is not attached to my file as a payment and I have been paying separately. Just found out today that it has been attached the whole time. A lot of lies by this woman. I will be trying to call corporate again today.

Update! It got worse. Waited in drive thru for 6 minutes last night. At 9 pm, an employee handed someone their RX and then literally ran out of the pharmacy right past my car using a side door. After a few minutes spent outside on their cell phone, they came back in. They answered the call button and just said they were closed. Old review: Used to love this pharmacy. Sadly, all the people I liked seem to be gone, I never see them anymore. They don't answer the phone, you sit on hold for 20 minutes and then get disconnected. If by some miracle you do get someone on the phone, they aren't knowledgeable and/or won't verify if a certain medication is in stock. But then once they get the order, the app will say it is unavailable and you will have to go down and wait in a massive line to speak to someone. The staff is not friendly or customer service oriented at all.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy.Inadequate response to filling medication. What should take a day may go into 3 days. Staff not knowledgeable. If you can avoid the pharmacy do so.
