What an incredible team at Caliber!! From the GM Brian Pendergast, Service Advisor Edwardo Mendoza and Repair Techs Henry and Fernando. Brought my car in to schedule an appointment for the following week for a minor fix. They fixed it that day, better than new. I am a customer for life. Thanks team, much appreciated.

Great experience. From beginning when general manager Brian looked at the car and gave me an estimate to getting the car repaired, and with Daniel supervising the process and communicating with me on the progress, to getting the car finished earlier than the originally quoted time. Have already referred smeone else to get their car repaired there.

Caliber Collision in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA is the only place I would take my car for collision repair in the future. Customer service was amazing! Daniel, my service rep, answered all my questions and kept me informed. My repair was done much quicker than expected. I give Caliber Collision an A+ for their communication, friendliness, promptness and quality of work.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! From start to finish, the service was excellent. Ashley, my service advisor, did an outstanding job keeping me informed every step of the way she was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Brian, the general manager, was also extremely professional and made sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The quality of the work on my vehicle was top-notch. I truly appreciate the great communication and excellent customer service. Definitely will be recommending to friends!
