Great branch with convenient hours and staffs. I always go over after work to pay my mortgage. It's well lit and safe--hello! Inside of a super market. Wendy, the branch manager, gives great financial advice. All the people there are friendly and professional. I saw a customer who was incredibly frustrated and somewhat loosing his cool, but the guy who dealt with him never once was rude or lost his temper. Gosh, I would've just completely lost it. So kudos to them. This is a long overdue review. I've been going there for the last 8.5 years.

I I love this branch it is the best out of any I've ever been to they have a great team !! Wendy is the most amazing manager I have ever encountered. She explains everything in perfect detail and makes me feel so welcome ,comfortable, trusted, and at home! They are so lucky to have an employee like Wendy , every branch needs a Wendy at it . I highly recommend this US Bank branch to everyone! Baerod and Nichole also are great employees I can't explain how much they make me feel welcome!

I went into this penalty box of a branch to DEPOSIT two checks. SONIA the assistant manager, (ha, there are three employees,) was very rude! Started to advise me on legal maters, had to call another branch, she gave wrong branch id, for a question on a deposit, she was told of two documents I needed, which I already had, then had manager come over to say I had to open a estate account, deposit the check, move the money, then close the account! Then they went over my document to find any errors. I had to threaten to close my accounts before they deposited the checks. Did I mention DEPOSIT my checks! Not get cash, but deposit $1200. Dollars, In a account with well over 125000k!!! This "branch" is in serious need of competent supervisors to train the rude employees. Yes all three! At one point Sonia says "I'm not answering any more of your questions". Until the manager told her to! If u have SIMPLE transactions probably fine, but go to a bank of that's what you need. I have had many transactions at us banks, been fine, but this penalty box is NOT a bank! Will be discussing this with district manager.

My Dad sent me a check and I went to U.S. Bank to cash it. I do not have an account there, but I am authorized on the account. They charged ME $5 to cash the check!!!! Then told me if I opened an account, they would credit MY $5 back!!!!! I was insulted!!! This is the most selfish, impersonal, greedy, unwelcoming act I've ever seen. My father is embarrassed and livid!!!! As soon as I am able I will close this account!!!! I will Facebook and tweet this!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! And to have your employees stand there and try to make deals while holding my $5 ransom!!!! I feel violated and robbed. I will never come back!!!!!
