For the most part Aaron's has been great but recently the GM has been extremely harassing, coming to my door with another person like they are the gestapo to demand payment and they won't leave until they get payment even if it requires me to take it out of my rent money or bill money. They call incessantly and then get mad when I don't answer. I drive for a living and I can't answer the phone and just recently the GM started making EZPay appointments without our permission and just charged my account using my husband's phone number. I am very close to pay off but I am ready to throw in the towel on them.

Not the greatest experience.So, I’ve been doing this whole payment plan with Aarons’s for quite sometime and it’s been wonderful as it fitted my needs during my time of transitioning to a new home. Through my experience, I’ve had some decent service, but lately it’s been bad. I’m not to sure if it’s because of Covid, but lately a few friends and I who have rented from the same locations are experience this problem as well.So I go to make a payment and even if over the phone, and I understand what my agreement is for, but lately the excessive phone calls of scheduling a payment date to pay has gotten ridiculous. They constantly call even if you are jus one day behind. Not only has a couple of my friend dealt with this problem but let’s be honest we are all trying to get by in these trying times. I just wish they were more optional giving to paying repeating customers other then the ones who can’t afford to pay. I’m jus tired of the constant calls even if your one day behind.

I have bought from this store for a while now. I must say through all my ups and downs life has thrown, Paul the manager is a must go to if ever you have any questions or concerns. He is very kind and thoughtful. Thanks guys. I appreciate the kindness very much.

I'm more than likely will never shop at this place again I bought my furniture here it was a great buy furniture is quality but it took 6 months to get it because of a pandemic customer service sucked and they never helped me in any way not even a discount

Among other things, a warning to all who might consider doing business with Aron Bros. Furnisher. If you do, don't pay cash. I bought a love seat from the Aron Bros, in Red Bluff on Aug. 30, after 2 weeks, we noticed that the seat was collapsing, so we called them, and then again. After about a month they sent a couple of guys to look at it and said the couch was good, but the cushions were not. They told us that they would report it and in a couple of weeks they would be back to change the cushions. After waiting for 2 weeks I started calling the store. I spoke to every body at one time or the other and once I think the janitor answered. Any way the manager always seemed to be busy and would call later. The beginning of Dec. I went in and the manager was on vacation. I could go on. but I'm sure you get the idea. It has been 7 month and still no cushions. think I shall call Lane, who made the love seat and asked them why they don't make extra cushions, at least 2. so I don't have to deal with the very poor service from the Aron Bros. in Red Bluff CA
