This place could really be great if they got it together. First they have some extremely rude staff members, there's one young man that's friendly and helpful but the rest are very rude and seem to not care about their job. Second the place is filthy, I mean filthy busted open cans in the fridge, sticky stuff on every other can in the fridge. Third the advertise a cheaper price for gas if you pay with cash, but still charge the price for card/credit at the pump. Fourth the place is out of everything half the time, iced coffee supplies out and they just leave the empty bottles there so you dont know until after you've poured the coffee. Half the time youll be getting diet pepsi instead of regular, which is how its labeled out of the fountain machine. They dont acknowledge you upon check out. Super unprofessional. The one in Redding is AMAZING. Those folks know how to run a business.

I asked where to park my car when taking the Greyhound out. I had him repeat himself a couple times so I knew as he had very broken English. I parked by the vacuums where he said SPECIFICALLY to park. I even re-asked him about it. I get home from my vacation and Nav left a note on my windshield threatening to have my car towed! I went in to talk to him and ask him why he lied and said to park there and he proceeded to scream and yell at us unprovoked. My husband yelled back because he refused to listen to us. Very rude and mean and extremely disrespectful. I am the same nationality so he absolutely can NOT say it was racially charged. If I was less of a person I would sue your franchise for this.

Depends on which AMPM u go to. The one on NORTH MAIN has the best selection of slurpees and the cleanest bathroom. MOST employees are friendly and helpful however ANY PERSON that can work at a convienience store can do and work ANY job with everything that is expected of them and the many colorful people that visit this place.The AMPM on SOUTH MAIN is not so friendly and there are too many shady characters lurking about the premises.

If you have cash in hand it's a great place to.stop and get gas, otherwise you have to pay a transaction fee to use your card.
