I have rented from here since 2016. And they have been Amazing with me. Never an issue or problem. Always Good Communication and if any Problems ( which there were none ?) They were Always Quick to handle things.I have made Good Friends with them there and Appreciate Them Greatly ????

I live in the Chicago area and purchased a vehicle in the Red Bluff area. This facility bent over backwards to help me set up storage. Casey went above and beyond helping prepare to ship my vehicle back to Illinois. I have nothing but great things to say!

Infested with rats...the lady in the office likes to argue with you about the problem...well over $1500 worth of damage to stored things. Moving out and to a facility that cares for its customers that have been with them for years. Would not recommend this facility to a hoarder!
