“So it's time to get a tractor. You've been online you've watched YouTube videos you've looked at the green ones the orange ones the blue ones and the red ones. And now you're trying to decide what to get. They've all got good things about them and some bad things about them according to the internet. And here's what it came down to for me. I needed a dealer that I could trust that would give me good information and back their product and I found that back in 2008 when I bought my first tractor from Dave's tractor supply. I told them what I thought I needed and they helped me figure out the right tractor and attachments. In 2026 we purchased a larger piece of property and needed a bigger tractor. I didn't have to think twice I headed down to Dave's tractors. We discussed what I was going to do with it and what size tractor would fit those needs and what attachments I would need to get the jobs done. Everybody I dealt with from the salesman to the delivery guy who happened to be Dave himself was a positive and confident experience. When I ran into a few things I didn't understand they were right there on the phone helping me figure it out. I can't say enough about the team at Dave's tractor. When you go to buy a tractor there's nothing better than having a good team of people to back the product and help you through getting it on to its work. So just remember you can buy any color tractor you want from anywhere you want but having a group of people ready and willing to help you out means more to me then anything.”

“We just picked up our trailer yesterday and I couldn't wait to write a review about our experience with this wonderful shop.We gouged the side of our brand new 26' trailer on its maiden voyage, carving through the gel coat and leaving an ugly gash along the entire length.Finding someone reputable who repairs gel coating proved to be a challenge but finally, Bob's truck repair came highly recommended.I called and talked to Gary, who was very nice and assured me that it could be fixed.After a couple of weeks it was done, but when we went to get it, it wasn't quite right due to a fluke. So we went home without our trailer, but with the assurance that it would be promptly fixed.Not even a week later, Gary called, saying we could come back and pick it up.They did a spectacular job, it looks perfect, like nothing ever happened to it. “Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered a replacement keyfob, got charged but no keyfob. Called over thirty times, yes thirty times with no response. Do not go to this dealership. After being released from the hospital and able to contact them they were able to be given the service I had hoped for. The truck is running perfectly electronically and even saved me a trip for a secondary trip. Being disabled they even helped me into my truck. They went above my expectations.”

My family and I were taking a trip for Thanksgiving holiday to visit family. We drove down from Portland, Oregon. Oil light turned on on our way home and I checked it and it said we had one quart approximately. We were in a panic. Brought it down to Cassidy's. They were open on a Saturday and when we explain the situation the jumped on the task like a NASCAR pit crew. A different guy checking different parts to figure out what happened. Turned out to be an O-ring for the oil filter broke. (We had just had the oil changed the day before we left for our trip). The urgency of their work made us feel more than a number. I wish we lived closer.”

“We took our 2022 Kia Soul to another place before Frank's to try and fix our AC issue, and what a mistake that was. They told us it was an electrical issue and charged us $100, then tried to charge us another $300 to figure out what the actual issue was. NOPE no thank you we picked up our car and left.
Fast forward a day later, looking around for another shop, we found Frank's and saw some reviews online. There's a reason he's rated so damn highly.
We called, he said drop it off and I'll look at it and if I can't figure it out I wont charge you. So we dropped it off, few hours later he calls to let us know there's no electrical issue, but that instead the compressor is the issue.
We stop back by and he walks us through everything he did, and even showed us that the previous place we took it to didn't even do what they said they did. Gave me the paper work and showed me the inconsistency with what they said they had done vs what was actually showing with the inspection he did.
He ordered the part we needed, and two days later part shows up and he replaced the compressor boom our AC blows ICE cold again.
Did what he said he would, showed us what he did, didn't try to up charge or sell us crap we didn't need. He was a human being and chatted with us about life, even gave our son a gift after all was said and done.
All our cars will be coming here from now on, and if you ever need work done he should be your very first call!”
“Had a flat tire. Stopped at Bob's Tire in Red Bluff. Lance and his crew had my tire repaired and I was on my in 40 minutes with no appointment. Price was very fair. I highly recommend them.”
“Tom was great to work with on my car repair. I got a quick appointment (next day), he diagnosed the issue quickly (he knows his stuff), and finished the job faster than promised. I thought his labor rates were very reasonable (even low).
