The experience was pretty painless. Took only a few minutes and the lady was really nice...plus when we opened the door there was a gift bag with a brand new lock...thank God, since my fiance couldn't find both a lock and a matching key...very happy with our choice🙂

Quick service, the manager explained things very thoroughly and made good conversation. I got a pretty unbeatable price and I am happy to have my unit stored here. So far It's 5 stars.
