Because I live in Colorado and the storage I needed was in California, the online and app registration processes were a pain. I couldn’t have done what needed to be done without the onsite manager, Cassidy. She was extremely helpful!
When I arrived, the storage facility was clean and secure. Everything went great thanks to Cassidy, and I would definitely use the Cubesmart in Red Bluff again!
Five stars for Cassidy and her Red Bluff facility. One star gone for the Cubesmart online registration experience.

Lousy customer service with no regard toward the customer due to lack of return phone calls, and many inconveniences. Evidently, my full review I gave the company was not allowed to be shared. CubeSmart gets ZERO Stars, but you have to give at least one to post a review.

Cassidy Wilbur* the onsite manager is a delightful person with great customer service skills. Very accommodating even in unusual situations. The rent is kinda high I feel at $78 a month but as long as you make sure and pay ; your stuff is safe and secure behind a keypad locked gate.Fully fenced around perimeter.*im not sure if that how she spells her name so if you let me know.*

She is friendly and professional. 6-10 are doable buissness hours. The storage was clean and acceptable 100%! I very pleased with this storage facility.

Cassidy was very nice. My family and I ran into several issues during our move in and she greatly accommodated us and helped us out and helped us resolve one of the issues at hand. Would definitely recommend this cube smart as your storage place very spacious clean managers always on duty making rounds making sure everything is okay.
