The experience was pretty painless. Took only a few minutes and the lady was really nice...plus when we opened the door there was a gift bag with a brand new lock...thank God, since my fiance couldn't find both a lock and a matching key...very happy with our choice🙂

Wonderful assistance, glad I went inside the office to meet with the manager, instead of “reserving online”. The customer service was exceptional! Everything thing was clearly laid out paperwork wise, and she even directed me to my storage unit (in her golf-cart 😀), which was spotless! I’m super happy with my new storage unit in Red Bluff, CA, off Stoll Rd.

Ms. Cassidy assisted me yesterday while looking at different storage units. I found her to be friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.
