Front desk fella named Cody has made our 2 week stay very difficult. Condescending and not very knowledgeable of his duties. All the other workers are very kind and helpful.

I have been with Best Western for a long time to my experiences one was really bad in Los Angeles I requested some a room and I got a different room the other in Red Bluff Ari Crescent two rooms and they gave them away to somebody else I've been staying at Red Bluff for the last 2 months my guys and for some reason their management does not honor our state I made an agreement to to stay there without checking calling all I had to do is have my guys check in but apparently my rooms were not honored I'm very disappointed on the owner and the management

This was the scariest experience I’ve had in a hotel in my 33 years of life. I was fast asleep and at midnight people were walking in my room. I screamed and thought I was having a nightmare. I could not sleep the rest of the night. The front desk gave these people the same room key as me. When I told the manager about it he tried to blame me and asked if I left my door cracked. When I said absolutely not he just shrugged and said “Sorry.” I called the customer service line and have not had any follow up after they told me they would send an email. Don’t stay here if you’re a solo traveling female.

Recently renovated basic room. Good shower, comfortable bed. Clean and quiet. Usual hotel breakfast buffet. A good choice for a roadside hotel
Rooms: New furniture. European aesthetic. Comfortable bed.
Food & drinks: Basic hotel breakfast, lots of carbs! Waffle maker.

I stay here every time I’m up in the Reading area. It’s not a bad hotel. I did notice recently. I feel like they’re slipping a little bit on their cleanliness so I’m gonna keep a real close eye on that as I’m up here about once a month.

Great for a quick stop right off the interstate. Clean rooms, the beds were super comfortable, and fantastic service from the gal at the front desk. 10/10

Had great rooms that were clean and super comfortable beds with amazing water pressure and varieties of soaps, a full warm breakfast which was diverse and tasty, beautiful landscape with a nice koi pond and a cage with a lot of birds. Front office was accommodating and kind. Had a gym and pool but didn't use either.

My family and I stayed here during our cross-country road trip. Rooms are cozy and clean, we had a 2 queen room and it was a little tight but still fine for the 3 of us and our cat. We had a great view of a river from our window.Staff is super friendly and always willing to help when needed! I had to go to the front desk a few times for minor issues but they were always quick to resolve with a smile!Breakfast had a good variety; scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage(links one day, patties the next), waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and different varieties for milk, juice and coffee. I will note that they get the good, sturdy plastic ware and plates, which is a nice touch when some hotels choose to go cheap. The Red Bluff area has a good variety of restaurants, gas stations, a Walmart and a dollar store all within a few miles from the hotel. Very convenient for families who may need to run and get something quick! And nice and unexpected touch was the Koi Pond and Aviary! Us animal lovers and our 6 month old really enjoyed that!Thank you for the great stay! If we ever need to stop and stay a night in this area again we will definitely choose this Best Western!

Cody was very helpful. The aviary and koi pond were nice surprises. It's close to freeway and loud. The breakfast bar was basic.

Very well run. Was very easy to check in and out. Room was very clean and neat and well laid out. The inn is also located within walking distance to several eating places and close to the interstate.
