Caught a flat running I five south in red Bluff. Stopped at multiple gas stations to get air when I realized I had to get this fixed! I could hear the air coming out very fast. Looked up the nearest tire shop to me and it was big O. In fear of needing a new tire, I went as quickly as I could before I had no air left. These guys found the leak and repaired it for me for free! Even just that $25 means a lot around the holiday season! Thanks, Big O much appreciated.

DONT COME HERE ! Not sure how this place has almost 5 stars , must be fake reviews, i went in for a oil change and came out with issues my car didn't have before . Don't waste your time. These guys are shady .

I went into the Big O tire shop with a low tire. Only to find out that the bead was leaking. I had purchased tires from another shop while I was out of state. That tire place did not clean the salty rim when installing the new tires. Big O cleaned the tire and rim at no cost. Amazing in todays era. I thank you and will try to stay with Big O for all my vehicle needs.

Took my VW Beetle TDI in for an alignment. I left highly satisfied. I’ve taken this car to several different alignment shops, with each one giving me different explanations of why they couldn’t do the alignment right. The guys at Big O are the only ones within 50 miles that were able to do it right. I can’t remember the guys name, but he is highly knowledgeable about VW/Audi. So if you have a VW/Audi I would highly recommend. Will definitely be going to Big O for tires when needed also.
