“Just going to have a little chrome trim work replaced on my car. Not a very large job at all. Customer service seemed nice and was easy to work with them. They have not scheduled me for an appointment yet. Good body shops and paint shops are usually pretty busy. That's a good sign.”

“We just picked up our trailer yesterday and I couldn't wait to write a review about our experience with this wonderful shop.We gouged the side of our brand new 26' trailer on its maiden voyage, carving through the gel coat and leaving an ugly gash along the entire length.Finding someone reputable who repairs gel coating proved to be a challenge but finally, Bob's truck repair came highly recommended.I called and talked to Gary, who was very nice and assured me that it could be fixed.After a couple of weeks it was done, but when we went to get it, it wasn't quite right due to a fluke. So we went home without our trailer, but with the assurance that it would be promptly fixed.Not even a week later, Gary called, saying we could come back and pick it up.They did a spectacular job, it looks perfect, like nothing ever happened to it. In addition, they fixed some other things that we didn't even know needed fixing.Because we went back twice, they bought us a gas card.We couldn't be happier, both with their work and their great customer service.Service: Body & Trim”
