This was my childhood apartments! I had great memories living here and the people (were) very nice! The apartments are a 2.1 for me. There were cockroaches infested in the places though which was a downside for me

2nd time living here and have never had a problem with staff or maintenance. Very nice apt and neighbors are very nice as is environment. Much nicer than what I've seen elsewhere in Red Bluff.

I have had nothing but great interactions with the Manager & all the Office Staff & Maintenance Staff here. My husband & I have loved it here & my son even moved here now. We are happy here.
