Storing my precious keep sakes here was about the biggest mistake I ever made. Basically LOST EVERYTHING. Policy and and timely payments are everything to these people. Nothing like a "friendly" reminder every other week requesting that payment or there will be severe penalties and late charges and they follow through with they're lock out threats too. Not like the other storage facilities where they respect and work with they're customers during times of crisis. As if happy customers keep they're gates opening. So if you are looking for a cheaper way to forget a dump load somewhere, here's the spot!!!!

Oddest, most unprofessional people I have ever met. I was in the office getting to rent a unit and the lady was screaming and cussing at some renter on speaker phone. It was awful so I left and went elsewhere.
