I never write reviews but this one I feel is a must. Customer service in this location is so horrible. If you like your day ruined, feel free to walk in this location. The employees here don’t know what “customer service” means. I walked in at this location, empty and I thought I was lucky but nope, the employees here will make your transaction the worse ever experience that you’ll wish you just waited long in line somewhere else.

I've been banking at Chase for 4 years. I do not have any credit and I'm trying to build my score. I applied for a credit card and they declined my application, so I made an appt. to talk to a banker to see what I can do. My application for a $250 credit card was again denied. Unbelievable! $250 is nothing! I may switch banks.

Chase isn't the best bank to do in person banking at ... and I don't think they try to be or want to. Seems they'd rather have everything done online or basically NOT in person at a "branch". Not a lot of service tellers on duty and there's long waits. I don't normally come here for just that reason, but only when I have work related banking business to do. My work uses Chase and I suppose they do have locations in a lot of cities. I can pay my credit card bills here if I want, but usually all that's done online. I wish my work would switch to a better bank, but I suppose there's reason for business that I don't know about.

I usually never write bad reviews about banks but this is definitely one of those frustrating times where I must have to. I walked in today to close my account due to me opening a new one with my local union bank and I had the worst experience ever. I was asked to show my green card and also questioned about my legal status here in the United States I am disgusted by the level of professionalism that was presented during my visit and will never bank with chase again. My card was also shredded and account was never closed because I had to come back and show my passport. If you can’t handle a situation by yourself and need a manager to come help you with a client when it’s basic common sense then you should consider getting a new job. Poor communication skills from staff and atm is always out of order.

These people are great. I am 71 and have done business with several different banks over years, but chase has been the most helpful and accommodating, buy far. They just helped me out of an internet scam in which I was ripped for 250.00. They retrieved my money back into my account within a day. Thanks again guys. Ray

Too many bad experiences with this bank... closed my account and six months later when I tried to open a new one with my husband, I was told I couldn't because I had late fees from my previous account that wasn't closed, even though it was their error.
