My primary doctor closed her practice without notification. I didn't discover it until I unsuccessfully tried to contact her for five days. I was left unable to fulfill a 90 day prescription. After explaining to CVS that I couldn't contact my primary physician, it was they who told me that the primary had closed her business. Being without medication for five days, CVS Pharmacy followed up on my unable-to-fulfill prescription by granting me a ten-day supply and recommending various walk-in clinics and care centers. Their professionalism and compassion enabled me to find a center, receive a 90 supply, and have it all done in one day. When I went to pick up the prescription, Felicia, the drive-through pharmacy employee, asked if everything had been rectified, if I had found a primary doctor, and which office and doctor were the most helpful.Truly a professional, compassionate, and friendly experience to a hyperventilating beginning.Thank you!

Nice people. They know me well since I come in all the time. Theodore, Shereen, Felicia, Kirsten, Daniel, and Chi Do. Are awesome and know how to take care of people and their meds. They talk with you about your medication if needed for the pharmacy. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone! They do care for you and for helping you.

If my insurance didn't make me use this place I would never step foot in it again! The actual pharmacy is ok, but the store makes me mad every time. EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Pharmacy is closed from noon to one pm for lunch but there are no signs or notifications about this of any kind.

Where to begin... never mind, no one wants to read a novel. There are so many issues with filling prescriptions here - the excuses seem to be on a rotation. I have the most and consistent problems getting my insulin and other diabetic supplies refilled - every-single-month! The "services" they proudly display on their signage - not sure who's getting any of that - no one I have seen. This po dunk town does not offer a better alternative since Owen's closed. My positive note: There is exactly one pharmacy employee back there with intelligence, I very much appreciate him. The gals (younger) front of store - have always been helpful and kind.

This is the second time I have been in the red bluff CVS where management has female workers work while dealing with a miscarriage. Cvs doesn’t care about their employees. I will be canceling my care passes and letting everyone in town about this. There is no heart at CVS!

I can honestly say that CVS is a favorite on my list of stores! They carry great name brands and I very much like the variety of items that’s all under one roof. I’ve been pleased with their own CVS brands (I’ve bought facial cleansing products, their probiotics, health care items.) Their coupons & extra bucks are great, along with their special discounts, keeps me a fully satisfied customer! The associates are helpful & nice, which makes my shopping there very enjoyable as well.

CVS on Cypress Ave and on Placer Street in Redding, CA are both excellent. They are personable, caring, efficient and helpful. Audra at the Cypress Store, today made an impossible, expensive Rx possible today by going above and beyond to help make it possible. THAT IS KIND, CARING SERVICE. Thank you Audra and thank you CVS!!

Rude extremely rude lady that is heavy set. The younger girl that helped was very professional and polite! Rude lady needs more customers service training.

Yet another business that refuses to serve customers just before closing time. Not sure what is up with businesses these days. It’s not like customers arrive one minute until closing. We’re talking five sometimes ten. Not sure what happened to customer service, but it’s clearly nonexistent for some businesses. Sad times. CVS, you’ve lost another customer. Won’t be long before you’re out of business. Don’t let the door hit you!

My local CVS is a great place to shop. The workers are super friendly and patient. Because of them I feel safe shopping there.

Nice to have a one stop shopping place. I made a couple purchases and then used the UPS drop off inside the store to return a large(34 lbs)defective lawnmower I had purchased at another venue. All this done easily in a few minutes in my hometown.

Pharmacist is rude. Gave me a horrible time on pricing discount. I may have a professional job like he does. Actually a more important job.During a misunderstanding he waved his hand in the air as in whatever. Never seen a pharmacist do this in my life. He's the old white haired white man. Time to retire. Other people could do your job.

Pharmacy. Regardless of the situation you are representing the company. I was confused of the price. The pharmacist got frustrated, lifted one hand and did a whatever hand signal. ( as in "I'm done" or "Talk to the hand") at least this is what I felt and that's what that means. He walked away and shook his head. Now im a person who is never rude or an a** to people. Not without reason. I had a professional job. Just because you don't know who I am...Doesn't Give you the right to walk away. This bothered me so much I'm posting it.It's the older gry haired man. I'm sure it won't be hard to recognize him.I have a video cam. I will have to research exact date and will post it.
