Whenever I need to rent a full sized SUV for work, this is where I go. Easy to do the reservation online especially if you have an account set up. The prices are what they are, not super low like where you rent junkie cars from, but not airport prices either. Do you homework and have realistic expectations and Enterprise does just fine. Every time I reserved a vehicle, I do call can make sure it's there before going, just in case. But I've not had any problems with promises not being kept. The vehicle is clean and washed for pick up. It's good most rentals include unlimited mileage, case we rack 'em up for sure. Easy local pick up and drop off.

If you’re looking in the map where it return for your vehicle is…it’s inside Collision Pro on the corner across from Walmart. Not in the Raleys parking lot where the blue dot sends you.

Steven made the entire experience extremely enjoyable. He was very accommodating and really changed the entire experience compared to the one I had at the Redding location a few months ago. I will only ever rent from this location from this specific employee. He didn't give me the go-around and made everything very hassle-free. Thanks again!

A couple weeks ago I went in with my wife to pick up our rental and Jacob provided us with excellent customer service. He was accommodating and had a great attitude. Thanks Jacob and Enterprise.

As the only car rental in town, this place could REALLY use slightly longer hours. Even being open for a half day on Saturday, and until 6 during the week would make a difference. Sometimes I have to get a U-Haul, instead, just because they're open more, and then the miles are expensive!

Our van broke down on our way back home (560 mies away) the staff made a super stressful situation much easier. Ashlee is great. If I ever break down in Red Bluff again ? I will definitely use Enterprise again

Red Bluff Enterprise has been nothing but good to me, I have rented multiple times from 1 week to a full month. I have not ever had a single issue with any of the employees and they are always extremely professional and nice. I am glad they are getting back to the normal hours again, at one point it was hard for them with not having enough people causing the hours to be very limited, however it never really affected me. Anytime I have asked for an extension on a rental the process has been very easy, I just would have to run to the location and sign for the extension also the vehicles are always clean and if they don't have the one you reserved they usually upgrade to something better, if you end up in something your not comfortable driving as I did in a 4 runner I felt like I was gonna tip over on the freeway or something anyways I just gave them a call and took it in to the Redding location as they are affiliated and was given a different vehicle that was more comfortable for me to drive. Alot of people don't know the Redding and Red Bluff locations are really great locations and have some really amazing employees working at the both of them. If you communicate on things they usually don't hesitate to fix issues I learned from experience and these two locations are the only ones I rent from. The locations are both always clean and they double check the rentals before they sign them out to you to make sure they are clean. There's also a 200 dollar deposit for the rental if your using your debit card it clearly states it when you sign the contract not sure about online but clearly says it when you sign at the location the 200 dollars is refundable they don't just keep your money they say 5 to 7 days or something it usually only takes about 3 or 4 for it to go back in my account.

I had an extremely stressful experience. Was not clear to me that I did not have to buy "extra" insurance. So gave my credit card number but thought my insurance would cover it; then got a call from Enterprise that my credit card would be charged (so far up to $440.79.) I was upset and was told if I brought the car right up there they would cancel the extra insurance if there was no damage on the car. Sadly there was a minor scuff and paint damage; I have no idea how it happened. I'm a very cautious driver. So I had to be charged up to that day ($440.79) but they cancelled the extra insurance from that point on. Then I got an email that I need to file a claim for the damage. With who? I've already paid a large sum for that insurance. Will I have to pay more, if there's a deductible? I had a rental because my car was smashed into by a hit and run driver on his cell phone.I returned the rental; too stressed to drive it; and am without a car for several weeks till mine is fixed.

The employees here are great! The operating hours, not so much. As the only car rental option in town, it would be much better if they were open until 6, and a half day in Saturday.

Needed to rent a car as our daily vehicle needed repair. Acquiring the rental was no issue. However when we needed more time (extension) that's when they began hitting us in the wallet.$200 initial deposit$445 for the weekAn additional $268 for added time which was fine.It was the unannounced $200 fee that they took upon themselves to remove from our bank that gets them a 1 star review. Not only did they take the money without inquiring if that was OK, they took it moments after thier branch closed. Willing to change rating if they make good. But definitely won't recommend them to people I care about.
