The group of employees at this store are WONDERFUL and friendly and honest. I had misplaced my credit card and that was the last place I had used it. I went in the next day with the off chance that I left it there and the gentleman behind the counter saw me walk through the door and immediately said, "we have it!" I was so gratefull for thier honesty and enthusiasm to give me good news. Hard to find good employees these days. I HIGHLY recommend this store. If they don't have what you need, they'll have what you want. I went in for a charging unit that they didn't have and left with the work gloves that I can never find. AND my credit card!! Thank you!!!

Why is this store only open during the hours that I'm on the job site. This store is closed on the weekends and only open Mon thru Fri 8 am to 5 pm. Do you know how hard it is to get a tool during those hours? I'm busy working!

Was looking for the Makita combo tool package on sale. Buy a Marita cordless worm drive saw package and get a reciprocating saw free. Anderson store had the worm drive but did not have the reciprocating saw in stock. The Redbluff store partnered with tha Anderson store and hooked us up!Thank you Kyle at the Redbluff location for your effort and amazing customer service!Great job folks!

After losing most of my tools due to fire, I shopped the Red Bluff store for some replacements. The staff was very helpful and friendly. At checkout, the owner of the store reduced my bill significantly! I did not ask for this but, I was very appreciative. They are my first stop when I am in need of tools...
