Changed to Ferrellgas about a year ago, which included changing out tanks. Smooth process, no issues! They've been great to work with and have been on time or early for refills. Employees have all been courteous, friendly and efficient. Thank you, Ferrellgas!

Thought had account set up came home which is fenced and gated to see that this company had trespassed and removed the propane tank no notice no letter. Do not use them

Seems like this company hasn’t learned from a review posted a year ago! Too bad there isn’t a zero star rating.
Same issue! They were suppose to be here Monday to swap out a tank from a different company. On Monday, their truck broke down in my driveway so they could not swap out tanks. At that time, we were at 5% full (That is when they told us to call to schedule the swap. The driver says it should have been much sooner). We agree! We called at 30% full and was told to call back at 5%.
Anyway, Monday happens and we are back on schedule for delivery the same Friday between 8am and noon. 12:45pm arrives and Ferrell Gas is a no show. I call and was told we were on the route but they couldn’t pinpoint a delivery time. I was told they would call back with a time. 2:45pm arrives and Ferrell Gas is a no show and no return call. I call again and I’m told we are still on route and they will call back with a delivery time. 4:45pm arrives, no Ferrell Gas, no return call. I check my tank and I’m empty. I call Ferrell Gas and they say we are no longer on route and can’t give an explanation. We were told to call the after hours service number for a delivery of 200 gallons, approved by the district manager, but they can’t tell us a price. Unbelievable!!! I apologize to Jennifer for having to take my call but I know this isn’t her fault. The district manager should have been the one calling, not her!

I would give this a 0 star review if I could. Their robotic-liked representatives lack essential communication. I have being trying to get my delivery for over 3 weeks now and nothing. More than 3 cancelled attempts by their drivers because they do not bother to read basic instructions (like living in a rural town, so you need to call to get the gate open). This is very frustrating because you can’t get through to speak with an actual manager or the driver dispatch office and are instead promised a “call back” that doesn’t happen.

Iv been waiting for a delivery for 3 weeks now and I still have not got it and this isn't the first time! I've called them 3 times and they just don't really care.

Ordered propane over two week ago paid immediately was told would be delivered on a certain date still no delivery and customer service can not tell me when very poor customer service will be finding a new company to supply my house

I was thinking about switching providers but rep. Said he was out of the office he would call me back the next day when he got back to the office. That was well over a week ago still no call do I detect a scam?

Moved in and tank was empty. It took 2 weeks and an emergency delivery charge to get the house warm.

I really like there sales they send in the emails. BUT! when I go to use them, the people never heard of it or that's for your next order and the latest is oh you have to order 200 gallons because you have a larger tank. How about being clearer on you emails so even your staff can understand them. If you change your minimum order maybe send that out also.
