My stay was ruined by Curtis's passive-aggressive behavior, including turning off lights and the TV without warning. Additionally, his threatening demeanor towards multiple guests, threatening to kick us out of the building, created a hostile atmosphere. This type of behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and severely detracted from my enjoyment of the stay.

Room was super cute and a good size. Only spent one night but was the cleanest hotel we spent the night at and not badly priced for last minute booking. Breakfast was good too!

Pool is heated (no Jacuzzi though), beds were comfy, pretty standard for Hampton,likely the best hotel in the area.

Stayed 1 night. Quiet is not what you will experience. No sound proofing. So you hear anyone in adjacent rooms, traffic & a train. Breakfast has variety of food that’s ok. It is clean, felt safe. The young evening person who checked us in appeared disinterested. He was also in the middle of his dinner we interrupted. We would never stay there again.

My first time checking into this hotel to stay the night. The only issue I had was the neighboring room next to me was talking so loud from 12am-2am in the morning. I give the Management guy at the front desk credit for coming up to warn the ppl in the room. The first time the guests basically disregarded his warning and treated him as if they were entitled to the room. The second time, another room complained, the guests told the manager that they are not expected to go to sleep at 2am and they could be as loud as they want since they’ve paid. They even projected their voices to say whoever is complaining to stop complaining and go elsewhere. The manager did a good job de-escalating the situation by explaining the noise ordinance policy, the hotel policy, to respect the other guests, and that there will be no third warning. He firmly told the guests that they will be ask to leave if they continue to be loud. Besides that incident, the hotel staff were very kind and polite. The breakfast was very good. Can’t beat free coffee, bacon ?, eggs ?, and muffins.

We had a great stay here! They allowed us to bring our cat which was great since I was having a hard time finding a place that would allow them. The staff was helpful and we had no issues with anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were extremely comfortable! Great stay!With that said I did notice a few things that may be an inconvenience for other people. The walls are pretty thin, thankfully we had respectful neighbors so it wasn’t an issue. The door is also not soundproof and has a large gap at the bottom. We could hear conversations in the hallway like they were happening in our room. Not enough to ruin our stay but it may be something that would bother others.Safety: We had no safety concerns.Walkability: There is a great Mexican food place across the street as well as a gas station with a mini mart.

Great location for when I travel near here. But service this trip was kind of disappointing. The shower had empty bottles for shampoo and body soap. Reported this, and they replaced the shampoo and conditioner. Half right, but still disappointing. Also, the room was missing the alarm clock. Set time on microwave for a visual readout. But I was most disappointed in the fact that both computers inthe business center were down. When I asked about this, it was obviously not a new problem. Got the feeling that nobody was looking at the issue, nor were they particularly interested in addressing it. As I said, quite disappointing!

Best service. The feller at the front desk helped me with getting a ride to a job interview. Clean rooms, good breakfast, good style and design. Really happy with the hotel and service. You can't go wrong at this place. Highly recommended 100%

We had a car breakdown on I5. I called Hampton Inn & Suites in RedBluff. The staff were kind and courteous and extremely helpful. The large suite was perfect for my family. They held the room with no issues. We were able to check in at midnight with ease. The hotel is sparkling clean, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. I'm a diamond member, have stayed at many Hilton properties across the USA, for leisure and business travel. This property is one of the best.

We were not able to check into our room as their computers were down and they were unable to let us into our room. We waited in the lobby and the computers never came back up. We ended up getting a different hotel. The outside of the hotel is very dirty and uncapped. The inside did not look well, kept or very clean either.Safety: Did not seem to be in a safe area. You even needed a room key to just use the bathrooms out in the lobby. Lots of homeless people in the area.
