Calm, professional and respectful, even when I’m having a bad day and was none of those things.

Thursday evening our vehicle broke down on our way to start our vacation. But thanks to Freddie with J & L we were able to get our vehicle and ourselves home safely and quickly. He was very professional and friendly throughout the entire drive and we cant say enough great things about him and his service.
