Everyone was very nice and honest and didn’t try to sell me on anything my car didn’t need- they were very communicative with the updates and had my car fixed within the expected timeframe! Would recommend!!

Kyler’s did an amazing job on my Durango!!!! I was way over mileage for an oil change and instead of charge me an arm in a lane for a flush out they did my oil change as well as an inspection and I was able to get a print out as well as a text message with everything that was done and will need to be done. Hi hon, my friend bringing it in due to me working but she was very pleased with their Great customer service and how helpful they were

Kuper’s did an excellent job with our pickup. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They fixed our vehicle quickly once the insurance approved us. All of our interactions with the employees were pleasant and easy. We worked mostly with Miguel who provided outstanding customer service. We do not have one negative thing to say about this business and it’s employees.

Had my truck for 5 days. Ordered wrong parts, never called to update me, and didn't complete the job. Gave me an estimate to complete it, ranging into 4k.
Les Shwab finished it, for 324.79.
Kupers has skilled techs, and friendly peeps. But I won't be going back, and I recommend 2nd opinion on any major work

I’m a full-time RV traveler, and it’s never fun dealing with vehicle issues when you’re far from home. I was passing through Red Bluff and needed some repairs done quickly. I called Kuper Automotive, and they were able to get me in on short notice without any hassle.
From start to finish, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, got the work completed fast, and the price was more than fair—especially for the quality of service. It’s clear they take pride in their work and really care about their customers.
It’s rare to find a shop you can trust when you’re constantly on the road, but Kuper Automotive absolutely earned that trust. If you’re in the area—whether you live here or are just passing through—I can’t recommend them enough. They got me back on the road safely and stress-free!
