Red Bluff Les Schwab Tire Center is an excellent business that we have appreciated over the many years living in the area. The employees are pleasant, polite, and professional and keep the concept of customer service alive !! We respect the staff's ability to work under pressure w/ the steady customer flow every day. When it is 105 degrees it is incredible that they are able to continue doing what is a rough job even under the best of weather conditions! Hats off to such talented and tough employees!

My partner Colin and I had a blowout and had to put a spare tire on deep on highway 36 far away from civilization. We made it to Les Schwab and Kyle and Ethan gave us great advice, made sure all four tires were torqued and had good pressure, and advised on our spare. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I was stranded with a flat tire. I called my local Les Schwab and within 15 minutes I had a technician at my location. He put my spare on and met me at the local store, the guys fixed my flat, secured my spare tire and rotated my tires. I’m a single income, single mother of three. I work very hard to support myself and my children. When my tire was repaired I was called to the counter and was informed the entire service, including the field work and repair was free of charge! It brought tears to my eyes, I was so incredibly grateful! Thank you Les Schwab for spreading care and kindness in our community! Highly recommended and I will continue to return for services!

Heading home to the Bay Area from a road trip to the Pacific Northwest, we hit road debris on I-5 just north of Red Bluff and blew a tire. It was late in the afternoon and the tow truck driver who put on the temporary spare recommended Les Schwab Tire Center in Red Bluff because it was close by and they were open later than other tire stores, 6pm. I called them and they said they would look at our tire right away. We had to stay overnight in Red Bluff so they could get the tires we needed. The next morning they called us as soon as the tires arrived, installed them as soon as we got there, performed a wheel alignment at our request, and we were on our way by 11:30. Our thanks to everyone who helped us.

Took two hours to change a tire to a new rim. Sad to see how people don't want to show pride in their job's anymore. I know it's a hard job

Will was absolutely a life saver on 12/15/2023. I was stuck on the side of the road with a blow out and within minutes he had me back on the road, he was courteous, friendly, professional, and just a nice guy. I’ve had a very trying week and his kindness was very much appreciated.
