I was offered half off if I rescheduled and I thought that was fair. Bob's Tire is a very busy business that serves both autos and trucks from small to large.”
“I brought my 1997 Subaru Legacy GT in to get it looked at, it was overheating and i didnt really know what was wrong with it, Joesph and his team went right to work on my car and suggested a great place for me to go and eat while they took care of my car. I got a phone call later on to find out my water pump had stopped working, they got me in and out pretty fast and my baby is up and running again.”

“The new manager has a good head on his shoulders. He’s very respectful and helpful. The team who worked on my car took the time to show me everything was good with my service before saying we were all finished. Quick and easy oil change. It took maybe 7-10 minutes at most and it went smooth. I’ve been here 4 times and it’s gone great each time for me.”

“I wish I could leave six stars.
My family and I were taking a trip for Thanksgiving holiday to visit family. We drove down from Portland, Oregon. Oil light turned on on our way home and I checked it and it said we had one quart approximately. We were in a panic. Brought it down to Cassidy's. They were open on a Saturday and when we explain the situation the jumped on the task like a NASCAR pit crew. A different guy checking different parts to figure out what happened. Turned out to be an O-ring for the oil filter broke. (We had just had the oil changed the day before we left for our trip). The urgency of their work made us feel more than a number. I wish we lived closer.”
