Worst pharmacy and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve tried sticking with them but after over a year of them forgetting my prescriptions, being slow to fill prescriptions, and literally never answering the phone (I’ve currently been on hold for 15 minutes and no one answers, they just click me to hold and let it time out), I’m done with this place.

Service has changed. They seem short staffed. Waiting in line and not ready for pickup at that time
It's a little frustrating. Hopefully it's just the new year and not an employee negotiations issue

I absolutely love Raley.I have been with Raleys since I was a little kid but I just cannot afford the food anymore.I will always go there if I need my beef but I am raising my own .God bless America 🇺🇸 When this administration leaves office and new Administrationne come into office then food prices and gas prices go down. GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸 AND ALL WE THE PEOPLE

All the ladies that work behind the counter are top notch. The staff here at the Red Bluff store can't be beat. They all go out of the way to help with and answer any questions or problems you may have. Theresa, Alyssa and Becca you all have my thanks.

This place has complete ups and downs....some of the girls like Teresa and Rosa are very nice and helpful. But Becca is THE WORST!! Always very condescending. And acts like she is the queen of the pharmacy, and a know it all. Talks very down to customers. Treats everyone with a pain pill prescription like a junkie. She is always on a huge power trip, and has snide remarks! I imagine Becca must get lonely up there on her high horse, judging people, without understanding. Heaven forbid her having to even act like she cares about anyone. For her and her alone, I moved all my prescriptions to CVS.

When I saw the high price on my Rx, I told the technician that I didn't think the price was right because it cost ~ $17 last month. She said it was correct at $47. I was barely able to come up with the extra $$ because I am a senior and on a fixed income. When I went out to my car, I checked Good Rx and it was there for $11. I walked back into the pharmacy to ask them if they could use the Good Rx and they said no. I had to ask them to use it before I paid. I asked about the high price before I paid.... Why didn't she suggest Good Rx or anything at all. She was too busy to bother. Thanks for taking food money out of my mouth.Maybe it was just a bad day

Katie at the pharmacy is awful at her job. She didn’t hear me correctly so instead of asking me to repeat the name she just went with “sorry your prescription is not ready”. I asked why I had received two texts saying the prescription was ready, her response was “I’m working by myself”. I left and called to check and low and behold they were ready Katie is just horrible at her job. Two trips to the store to get the prescription because should couldn’t be bothered to say “sorry I didn’t hear you can you repeat the name”.

Not a big fan; it was my first time here and I was picking up meds that were ordered through the emergency room for my daughter in law. Pain meds for a broken bone to be exact. I opted to wait for the meds and the 5 women behind the counter gossiped and carried on for more than an hour while I sat here, waiting. 2 prescriptions took 1 hour and 45 minutes for 5 people to get processed. It wasn't busy and of the 10 people who came to get meds, 6 of them were turned away because their meds needed to be ordered. Never, ever again.
