Service department is a joke. I took my truck in to diagnose why the low coolant light keeps coming on and loosing coolant. They said they pressure tested the system and said it was good. Still have the same problem, they want to charge me another diagnostic fee for the same issue they didn't diagnose the first time. They also performed recalls, to collect money from the corporation, without my consent or knowledge. Dont go here, they need to be put out of business. This is not the first time with this place.

Worst dealership around. Go anywhere but here. They lie and cheat to get a deal. Pathetic work staff. They fired the Internet and fleet manager nearly a year ago and still use his name, previous title and personal phone number on the computer generated email to the customer because they can't figure out how to change it. The "new" sales manager also gets a notification with customer information. Maybe they would figure out how to change the format to have his name on it if it wasn't a Hispanic name. Red Bluff is part of the northern California "red zone". Maybe the former sales manager should be getting half of "Erick Garcia's" deals if the sale was first hooked by his sales letter. Maybe the mothership, Corning Ford, Internet guy can help them out. Otherwise, maybe an attorney can send the manager or possibly the owner, Benny Brown, can explain lies and fraud since June 2023 which continue today.

getting your car serviced there will cost you more when you leave. Horrible customer service. SY (in service) took my truck refused to give me a rental or arrange for warranty work (for 4 days) told me if I needed any necessities I "could Instacart it." I'd been having some rubbing on my wheels (when I turned sharply and couldn't figure it out) so I took it to another dealership who told me RB dodge accessed that part of my wheel well and either didn't replace them or broke them. now RB dodge Sy saying he wouldn't have charged me. But as before I didn't want to be out my truck for 4 days waiting on a rental. Worst customer service ever. 0/0 don't take any vehicle there.

The dealer was very professional and actually went out of his way to get me a good deal on the vehicle of my choice. This is the 3rd car I've bought from this dealer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Hauling horses from Oregon to California my truck was 100 miles from limp mode and after calling dealerships in Redding and Corning I found Red Bluff Dodge. I called them and they had me come right in. They immediately came out to diagnose the problem and after a few minutes knew what was wrong. They had the parts and made time. I so appreciate the amazing, chivalrous, professional service I received from these two helpful men in the service department, thank you !!!

Took my truck in to get serviced. I waited in the customer lounge. 5 hours later, I get my truck back only to find that I had something stolen out of my truck! When I told the service manager, in-person he was trying to be helpful. After he helped me search my truck and after talking to some of his service guys, I didn't get my property back. When we called the next day, he was more intent on defending his guys than helping me recover my property...he did nothing for the reputation of this dealership because my trust is lost and I will never go back and I hope no one else does either. I filed a police report with the police department.

Pist! Full time traveling check engine light came on code for DEF system had my truck 3 days gave it back saying it was fixed. 30 miles light back on and can't do my trip. Try fixing problem instead of covering it up. Very ?

Brought in for check light! Had my truck 2021 3500 3 days all they did was reset my check light. Truck back with me 30 miles later light back on! Fix it stop trying to hide problems so mad. I full time rv my truck has 73000 miles well maintained. This is very inconvenient as I have Dr Apts 6 and 1 half hours away not able to reschedule for 2 months out. Had my truck 3 days no communication with me. DEF system sucks.

I had work done on my truck and an error was made causing the truck to be towed back. The service manager admitted an error was made and repaired the problem at no cost, washed my truck and paid the towing bill. Honesty is a trait this dealership absolutely has and I will continue to always do business and recommend them to others.Thank you

Wow !! My wife and I went to Redding to visit our son and on the way home we stopped at Redbluff Dodge , Jeep. Holy smoke , Larry Birdsong offered us such a awesome deal on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler we knew it was the best we would find . Well now my wife and I are the happy , excited new owners of a 2020 Wrangler. The Wrangler is something we've been wanting for awhile and a wonderful door opened for us at Redbluff Dodge, Jeep dealership. Thanks Larry!

You guys have too long a wait for warranty work. Also I don't want to be pushed a trade in for minor warranty work on a 6 month old vehicle, you should have more faith in your mechanics or train them better.
