Erin is amazing! She got me in short notice and delivered the best hair do i could ask for! She was friendly and the shop was super cute. She listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond. I strongly recomend this salon.

Erin is so amazing! She truly cares about the health of my hair, always delivers when I decide to change it up, and she always works with my very limited schedule. I appreciate her so much! Thankful for such an amazing hair girl! As for the salon, it is always clean, cute and welcoming!

Tried to get my Daughter's hair cut here. We called and tried to make a reservation. 4 days later they text us back with a 2:00 appointment time for an 11 year old still in school. We responded through text asking for a later time due to school and we were told that that's just a super wanted time slot, and that she appreciates us trying to book there.I'm not sure why she couldn't just make an appointment in the future but I'll never try this place now . There's so many other good businesses here in town, like the one we called after this place that got us taken care of in a professional timely manner. Do yourself a favor and SKIP the SASS.

Brandi is amazing! She completely transformed my hair. I have never had such a thorough and beautiful cut and color. My hair was a brassy/orange disaster from a previous stylist and Brandi gave me hair I am proud to show off. I am so grateful and will keep coming to her, even though she is 2 hours from where I live. She is that good!

Called for an appointment today, received an obnoxious, belligerent response from Cassidy..I know times are rough because of covid..BUT I didn't deserve the response I got, maybe learn some better customer service skills.

I have been going to Sassafrass for several years now and have no complaints. All the stylists are very kind and do excellent work. They take care of our whole family now when it comes to hair. I recommend it to anyone needing a good salon experience.

Mariah at Sassafrass was great. My first time in right before 4th of July holiday. After being through a 3 month period of being without any attention to my hair I wanted a big change. Got a major hair makeover, including color, highlighting, toner, and a much shorter bob from shoulder length. Mariah was very patient and was very attentive to my need to blend my out of control gray hair perfectly with highlights. I was extremely happy with the outcome and glad I went with a shorter cut and completely different look! Highly recommend this salon!
